Long story short, two guests near my room were consistently out of control since 6:30 pm and ultimately resulted with two calls to the police for assistance. Bobbi B, her manager and myself had to combine our life’s experiences of professionalism to keep the situation from escalating. Bobbi B and Shelia apologized to me for the bad experience in the morning at Breakfast. Speaking of Breakfast, it was excellent with many choices once again! They had good Biscuits and Gravy (pictured). The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was properly heated! Part of the hotel has a view of The London Bridge replication with the water flowing beneath. There are convenient restaurants within easy walking distance.

We also rented a boat slip which is right outside the hotel and could not have been more perfect. We borrowed the beach cruiser... everything was wonderful and we would totally stay with Heat Hotel again.

Reviewed By cercekjackieThis room is a complete nightmare. It was cramped and 2 queen beds were jammed into a space made for 1 bed. The a/c was loud and noisy all night and when set to a certain temp, the a/c kept cycling on and off all night. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and in need of repair. We had to keep the bathroom door open when using the bathroom because the light in the bathroom/shower area was inadequate to light the bath/shower room. There was dirt, rust and filth everywhere. The beds were creaky and sagging. The toilet paper was more like tissue paper and completely unusable. The bed comforters (if they could be called that) were as thin as sheets and there were no other blankets available.

Lake Havasu City, Arizona is home of the world famous London Bridge with the Old English Shopping Village. There are numerous things to do here in Havasu City: golfing at two Championship Golf courses and three 9-hole courses, Laughlin, desert walks, jeep tours, boat rentals and tours as well as an array of Cultural Arts exhibits. Also, Laughlin, Nevada casinos are just a short distance away with shuttle buses available to take you there most days.
Horrible customer service and lack of cleanliness
Reviewed By stephaniecO1786ZTMy family and I had an absolutely abysmal time during our recent vacation to Lake Havasu. I tried to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt on several occasions of misery but I just can't ignore everything that happened during our stay. The last straw and insult to (literal) injury was the manager acting so apathetic about our concerns and basically shooed us away as a nuisance. Here are the pros and cons of our visit: Pros: -Fast check in -great breakfast CONS: -Due to horrible architectural design the bathroom is a hazard to open (it's a barn door design which while it's asthetically pleasing is a hazard to feet) -My daughter and I were both hurt by the horrible design of the bathroom/clset door and the front desk staff (including the manager) we're very unconcerned about our injuries. -The room had not been cleaned well at all. There was leftover trash on the floor, a dirty towel in the bathroom, and food debris on the floor. -Brown water started spurting out of the bathroom sink during our stay. -If you requested anything from the front desk you have to get it yourself (no room service of any kind) -Also beware that if it's the day you check out you have to keep someone in your room at all times or you will get locked out since they deactivate the keys before your checkout time.

They had a wonderful selection of hot and cold foods. Everyone in our party found something they enjoyed. The dining room had great views too!

This location is the best Days Inn I’ve ever stayed and I travel all the time. I definitely would come here again because the location was perfect close to everything in town. Lots of great restaurants nearby fast food also several supermarkets within a few blocks.

I'd also give the staff an extra star as they couldn't do enough to help. Our room was spacious and spotless. When we stayed it was very hot over 100degs. So the pool was a God send !. Everything in the pool area was very clean and all the loungers were in very good condition. Breakfast is included in the price of your stay and is the usual motel style breakfast, If your looking for a comfortable bed and a nice pool in a great area this is a great place to stay.

Reviewed By P3476YGjohnpchecked into this hotel and the condition is horrible! we were there only a few hours and checked out because there was no hot water, light bulbs just hanging in the room with no fixtures, couldn't get a remote for the TV. when we left i talked to the manager who said she would refund us the $400+ we spent for the hotel total lie! now we are out $400 don't EVER Stay here or you too will be disappointed and or ripped off.
