Reviewed By mfranceschi2121Charming and pleasant, with lovely, welcoming staff. Located just a short walk from Labin old town and perfect as a base for vine tasting trips, as well as hiking/cycling. The restaurant on site is excellent, but I'll cover that in a separate review.

Perfect stay in a lovely old city, nice staff and service
Reviewed By Ece LSecond time we visit this Bed & Breakfast and we were not disappointed. The location is lovely in the old town of Labin. A small alley goes to the rooms and it is very quite at night. Some noice from the road and restaurant in the evening but at 10 pm it is quite. The room is all you need, good beds, refrigerator, TV, very clean and newly renovated bathroom. Generous space for luggage and others. Breakfast is table served, omelette, bread, jam, coffee and such. We were a bit late one day but there was no problem to have breakfast "outside hours". Just happy faces on the staff. Daily cleaning of the room. No pool or other luxury but a wonderful place. This is a place we will return to and we do recommend this to all who want a good stay, at a reasonable cost, and the staff is wonderful!

Excellent accomodation in the city center
Reviewed By babxWe spent a long weekend there and were very happy with everything. Our room was on the last floor and was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and quiet. Beds were extra comfy so we had really a good sleep. The furnishing is new and stylish, there was a small fridge in the room and although breakfast is not included we were offered coffee and a brioche. The lady who runs the place is very nice and helpful. She even gave us a free card to park in the nearby parking. We'll definitely come back!

SCANDALOSO! SCAPPATE!
Reviewed By Valentino TStanza adattate in un ex ingresso di un appartamento. Piccola e scomoda! Al posto del letto c'erano due brandine pieghevoli, uno scandalo! Il proprietario falso e bugiardo! Ma io non do colpa a lui, bensì agli organi controllori di Booking, che dovrebbero controllare la veridicità di quello che si propone e si vende ai turisti! Vergogna!

In the end they didnt want to charge us a coke from the mini bar saying it’s a gift for our first stay. But we already got a discount for our first stay! Thank u Terra Residence! keep up the amazing work that you do.

Posti bellissimi per chi ha bambini e desidera tranquillità . Se dovessimo tornare in Croazia , sicuramente considereremo lo stesso appartamento e la stessa zona .
