Hotel Spa Diana Parc is a five star mountain hotel located in the middle of Arinsal village. Their services such as; Gourmet Restaurant Louis XV, Spa, Gym, Bars, Bowling (games area) and summer exterior nautal swimming pool will turn your stay in a whole experience sorraunded by nature and mountain. In summer you can enjoyr the differents trekking routes we have just arround us, the cultural and sport activities, and also the outside swimming pool. While in winter you have the principal Arinsal cablecar just a few steps away (150 metters) to acces and enjoy all the slopes of Andorra Vallnord Ski station.
Whoever granted this hotel 5-star status, was feeling fairly charitable. It’s definitely not 5-star by any international standard. Neither in terms of quality of accommodation, reception, facilities, or services. It was distinctly over-priced, with hour long pricey session in the spa facilities which for us as a family would cost us €46 per visit. I absolutely expect to pay for spa treatments, however a dip in the jacuzzi should not attract a €46 per hour visit at the end of a ski day. I know COVID has hit the industry hard, but that is not an excuse to squeeze every cent out of the guests for basic service. That invariably ends up in bad reviews and lost business. The room was pricey and tiny. We paid over €300 per night for a cramped room. It was like someone tried to take little pieces of luxury, stuck it in a shoe box and shook it. The space between the minibar and the bed was about 14 inches. The reception in off the street was akin to a cheap motel in mid-western US. Everything was packed in, and so out of place. The bowling bar downstairs was grubby, and screamed cheap. Probably not a place to go and relax whilst the kids bowl. The bowling alley was tired and perhaps should have been re-fitted to be 5-star standard. The 4-star restaurant was ok. Food choices were reasonable. High point. There are a few saving graces, which is why it hit 2 stars on this review. Proximity to the lift system, and staff are pretty friendly. Two things I could have and should have paid a lot less money for and stayed elsewhere. Lesson learned. I notice that 1 and 2 star reviews get responses with apologies, saying that these experiences are the exception any not the rule. No offers of reparation however. So I absolutely expect this to be ignored by the hotel. There are however enough reviews on here that feel the same that should tell you to not risk your money. Look elsewhere folks if you want a 5-star break. If on the other hand you want to pay 5-star prices up front, then pay high additional tariffs for limited access to a jacuzzi, visit a grubby bar with a tired bowling alley, then this is the place for you. Not 5-star. 3-star at best. A few 4-star points here and there but you have to look for them.

Xalet Verdu Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers visiting Arinsal, offering a family-friendly environment alongside many helpful amenities designed to enhance your stay. Xalet Verdu Hotel is a family-friendly hotel offering a flat screen TV in the rooms, and it is easy to stay connected during your stay as free internet access is offered to guests. Plus, guests can enjoy a pool and breakfast, which have made this a popular choice among travelers visiting Arinsal. For guests with a vehicle, free parking is available. Arinsal has plenty of Mediterranean restaurants. So when you’re here, be sure to check out popular spots like Restaurant El Bosc, La Llum D'oli, and El Cabin, which are serving up some great dishes. There is no shortage of things to do in the area: explore popular monuments and statues such as La Gran Fita. Enjoy your stay in Arinsal!
What a wonderful surprise Xalet Verdu. I'll write this review in sections. Entrance/reception/restaurant - pleasantly surprised how lovely this was, the restaurant and all the staff were super friendly, joked with the kids and the variety of food from breakfast and dinner hit the mark every time. With alcohol reasonably priced and a variety of evening meals you can't complain, all the food was spot on. I personally didn't think much of the bar area as this was not the kind of place you sat around drinking, but had everything you wanted if needed. Bedrooms - we had two rooms, both spacious, clean, views of the mountains and very warm. No issue with heating as previously read and plenty of hot water and pressure. Rooms were cleaned daily and left very clean. Location - fantastic, if you want to be close to the ski lifts you only have to walk down the road for maybe 3 minutes, stop along the way back up and visit the 360 Restaurant for a drink in the sun. Overall we were delighted with the accomoation/food/location and would rebook without any hesitation.

I must admit, I was quite disappointed at first - the rooms looked quite tired, even though the hotel was renovated, the dinner was not a la carte as we expected, we supposed have had the drinks covered, which didn't happened and we were asked to pay for the spa, which we didn't expect. From that point on it got really good - the hotel is really close to the slopes, the drinks were really good and affordable, the dinners were absolutely fantastic even though it was a buffet, the food was outstanding and in great variety, the staff were amazing - so attentive, lovely and helpful and the spa is fabulous, with a lot of rooms and the pool is great. The price for the spa is ridiculous considering the prices in the UK I realised later, especially for what you are getting. Bottom line, it turned out to be a lot better than expected and it was great value for money

Hotel Màgic la Massana is located just 100 meters from the cable car with access to the ski slopes of Pal, Vallnord. It is an ideal hotel if you are fond of going by bike or mountain, or skiing. They have 108 rooms equipped with all the essentials: free WiFi, telephone, minibar, television, hairdryer, etc. They also have a restaurant, water area (pool, sauna, jacuzzi) and gym.
My son had a bad mountain biking accident while staying in La Massana and needed to be heli-ported to the hospital in Andorra la Vella. I flew over from the US to be with him and assist him in getting home post discharge. I cannot thank enough the people from both Hotel Magic La Massana and Hotel Magic Andorra for all they have done for us. Staff from Hotel Magic La Massana arranged from transport of all of my son's stuff, at no charge to us, from his hotel room in La Massana to their sister hotel in Andorra la Vella, and had a reservation waiting for me when I arrived. Also, while they no doubt were unable to rent out his room for a couple of nights due to his stuff being in it, they didn't charge us for those nights. In addition, one of the staff members, Maria, was also extremely helpful in dealing with the rental car company my son had used so that I didn't have to deal with that when I arrived. She was constantly messaging or calling us on What's App to update us on where things stood and just to check on how my son was doing. She also found out what became of my son's bike and helmet and where those were being held for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much, Maria and all the staff there. When I arrived in Andorra La Vella, staff there were super friendly and accommodating as well, and I have written a separate review for them. As I didn't stay at Hotel Magic La Massana during my stay, I can't speak to the rooms or the pricing, but assume that my son will do that once he is out of hospital. The main purpose of this review is to commend them on their wonderful help and assistance during this very difficult time for my son and me. Hence I don't rate sleep quality and location below.

We stayed for 7 nights and ABBA hotel siuts family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children 5 and 3y old. We had a half board and absolutely loved it. Nice options for breakfast and there are 2 restaurants to choose for dinner where you have a table service - Italian and Menu restaurant. At Italian there different pastas and faccacias. Menu restaurant every night have a different menu for adults and good food selection for children. We tried twice italian and other five nights menu restaurant. Hotel also provide a free shuttle to the cabel and have a free storage for skis which was super handy. There are spa for extra cost but only 16y plus. So we find another Princess Hotel Spa where we could come with children between 2 and 6pm. 5-6pm are good option. The staff in the hotel is exceptional! They always help and super friendly and made us feel as part of ABBA family! We loved our stay and cannot wait to come here again next February half term. Big shout out to Aida manager and Santos part of service staff! Thank you ABBA hotel siuts xx

I should have stayed here as a group of friends in Feb 21 but due to covid was unable too. The team at the hotel was excellent in refunding the original monies paid and allowing to rebook again for the same time this year. Unfortunately one family were unable to travel and were given until 3 weeks before making the final decision to cancel. Also helped with all kinds of queries over the last 12 months and so accommodating, would recommend to stay here.

Nice place, friendly staff, good little pool for the kids, foods good, great location for the gondola, and the bar is a decent price. My kids have enjoyed it. What would make it 5 stars is some good vegetarian/vegan options not just, as the Chef told me, "Salad".

The Hotel Xalet Besolí, 3-star hotel in the picturesque village of Arinsal, 500 meters from the gondola ski resort (Arinsal Sector), with a natural and beautiful surroundings views. Typical mountain building has 33 rooms fully equipped and have a balcony, bathroom, satellite color TV, telephone, hairdryer and safe. The café-bar with pool table, restaurant, ski storage and parking. The hotel is distinguished by its family friendly and comfortable environment and being a small capacity hotel promotes interaction with the staff which makes it very close attention. We are just minutes from the center of Andorra la Vella, its popular shopping area and the thermal spa of Caldea. Ideal to enjoy the sports and activities that are made in the Vallnord resort.
We stayed at Xalet Besoli in March 22 zs z group of seven - two families with children. The hotel itself is basic but very clean, and all the staff we encountered were lovely. Bathrooms were a little tired & could probably do with a lick of paint. The rooms were far too hot we turned our radiator off but we couldn't turn the one in the kids room off, so the patio door was open a lot of the time.....just seemed a waste of energy. Breakfast was good. Evening meal was a little hit & miss for us but mainly due to a couple of picky eaters as opposed to there being any issues with the food itself. Its a 5-10 minute walk up to the gondola, we did as previous reviewers had suggested & hired a locker on the mountain. Overall a great place to stay & we would definitely return.

There was 13 in our party, 3 Familes with children aged from 7 to 16 and arrived very late at night to find that our room the beds had not been made, but they had left us a pack lunch in the room, just a shame the bar shut at midnight!! Also the hot tub was not working while we were there which was disappointing. Overall the hotel was good for our needs, the rooms were very clean but basic and The rooms could do with a bit of modernatistion to make them more appealing but overall there good. The food is excellent as we were 1/2 board and just keeps on coming. The real selling point of the hotel is the location, It's at the bottom of a blue run and right next to the end of the run is a chair lift to the Arinsal Ski Area. Glad we were staying at the Patagonia and able to ski down as the queues for the Gondala back down were mad!
