A Poorly maintained Hotel
Reviewed By machogiriA very poorly maintained hotel. The bed linen was dirty. The room was very stuffy. The bathroom fittings were rusted. The Electric Kettle provided in the room was broken. A highly overpriced property. The level of heneral cleanliness jn the room and lobby was also poor. Plz do not get carried-away by its Grand/ Royal Sounding name. Not recommended.

Reviewed By lakshmi pMy husband and I along with few other friends went to visit Kurukshetra. Booked this hotel. The rooms are never swept i think and the sheets did not look as if they have been washed. They had some filthy stains. The towel left in the room to use was ripped and is like a rag. We knew that it is not a 5 star hotel when we booked and we were not expecting too much. But clean sheets and clean room and bathroom are the least one needs to get in any accommodation. Went to have dinner in their restaurant. We were served Potato and cauliflower vegetable that was stale. The Potato was on the way out and smelt foul. We sent the dish back. They did not charge for that but they should not be serving that in the first place. I am really surprised with the good reviews the hotel has been given. The only plus point is that the people working there are very nice. But they just dont know how to maintain a clean hotel. Never going back and never going to recommend that hotel to anyone.

Most Pathetic stay of life
Reviewed By amitgoelnischayOne the worst property ever visited... Just sharing my wonderful experiences: 1. TV in the room wasn't working since check in & they were able to rectify it next morning 2. Matress were broken resulting in awe full sleep 3. Next morning tried to warm some water & to my horror the kettle was sticky dirty (pic attached) 3. There was lots n lots of dirt in the room at various places, like it hasn't been cleaned for ages (pic attached) 4. There was no hot water in the washroom, which they couldn't rectify for an hour 5. No one from senior management was available till 10.45 am to address the issues, tried contacting on phone after gathering numbers but someone was out of town & someone was at home After which i had to check out & move on to my work without shave & bath. Simply horrible... Would strongly advise against the property... If u don't find a any other booking in kurukshetra, it would be better to sleep in ur car then checking in into VETA

Great overnight stay
Reviewed By sameers961We checked in post midnight and staff was there to attend us and quickly completed the check in formalities, even our driver didn't had to stay in car as they provided him place to sleep. Right on the road, ample parking space. Didn't tried the food as we had to leave by 06:00 am, so can't comment on that. Room size great Bed comfort great Bathroom size is great and basic amenities are good Great place for overnight stay

The Hotel has rooms on first and second floor, they do no have any elevator. This is a negative point. However, the staff is really helpful in terms of behavior, availablity during night hours, and promptness in service. The room was spacious, and TV, AC, and geyser, everything was working perfectly. We had tea in hotel, and they really made it as per our instructions. The room had double bed, chairs, table, and cupboards as well. It is a budget hotel, far better than other hotels in the same locality. You can also walk in there to check rooms and pay through paytm as well.

Reviewed By Niya1315Our stay in this hotel was average. The service provided here was not satisfactory and needs a lot of improvement. It took us half an hour for check-in. The cleanliness of the room was average. There were many food outlets nearby. Try those food joints.

Reviewed By RAJENDRA884Me and my friend stayed here and were in for a shock as they did not have any twin bed accommodation. The size of room and bed was too small and me being 5ft 10 inches tall, found it difficult to adjust with my friend on the same bed. On repeated request, the manager provided an additional mat on the ground. The next morning, we wanted to leave by 7 am but breakfast was not available. Stay here only if you do not have any option.

Reviewed By Gaurav AIt is just another average hotel, which is good enough for a short stay. Plus - Good food - Prompt Service Minus - Rooms smelled really foul, bathroom exhaust did not help either, moreover there is no natural ventilation anyway in the rooms ( no balcony or windows) - Front Desk Staff (found them quite Dry) - Price (for the kind of rooms and quality of Hotel) Since most places to visit in Kurukshetra are anyway not too distant, specially if you have your own vehicle, I would suggest to check other hotels as well ( I chose this place primarily considering it's location). There might be better accommodation on the highway itself.
