They went out of their ways to ensure that our stay, there were 20 of us, would be A memorable experience. We were thrilled. Recommend to stay minimum 3D2N.

There is a quiet bay for a swim with a small island with coral sites are nearby. Villa is Balinese style with outside kitchen,bathroom & pool. Near to the Tip of Borneo.

Noisy, but otherwise comfy room. Expected a little more for the price we paid?
Reviewed By Tammy BRoom was adequate, bed was very comfortable but no soundproofing at all so we were woken up by noisy people, creaky doors etc. Place seemed a little run down. Food portions at the restaurant were quite generous though. Sea view room might be better up a couple of floors.

LOVELY NICE HOTEL
Reviewed By JUDYLEE2003This hotel lived up to it's name with the friendly staffs, from reception to door man to room cleaners. The hotel looked new to me and is very clean. There are instant mee cups on display at the reception so you can buy them if hungry at midnite. The room has electric kettle, 2 coffee cups, coffee packs 2 bottles mineral water but no mini fridge. The bathroom is clean with dispisable toothbrush, mini soaps, etcThere is a simple shelf where you can put your stuff. The room is not very big but enough for 2 guests

The yoga sessions are given by trained professionals and the lodging is really comfortable. They have beach access and an outdoor gym. We recommend this place without any reservations.

We are at the tip of Borneo. We are 500 metres walk to the tip of Borneo.We have daily shuttle from Kota Kinabalu to Tip of Borneo and return.

The place is comfort enought, has a electric kettle, 3 bottles mineral water but no cups or coffee packs. The beddings are very comfort too n you had a nice view as u sit at the balcony. This stay does not include bf. We order fish for dinner at cafeteria n the fish is very fresh but the cheese burger I order I wont say is good.the place is pack during weekends n holidays now that Covid is over, we came on a Monday and is quite empty

Remote location for quiet days
Reviewed By HPConnyThe location of the resort is quite remote but that's what we were looking for. You can ride the bike (if you are in good shape) or take a taxi to the tip of Borneo. We drove with Jenny. She has an old car but it has AC and Jenny is very nice. The bungalows are spacious. Since it was low season we got a unit in the front row. We were disappointed that the "Biostation" does not exist anymore. Access to the ocean in front of the resort is difficult. You need to walk a little bit to have better access. Only the ares in front of the resorts are cleaned up. Overall we spent some nice quiet days at the resort.

We came for the amazing environment and live in the jungle. So beautiful place. And the owner Howard welcomed us so well and make us feel like home immediately! You can’t miss this place if you visit top of Borneo !!

Enjoying nature, clean and basic room
Reviewed By 168hudaiIf you enjoy nature then this would be the place. Located quite at a remote village not for from kudat. There’s no internet connection and telco coverage except for celcom. Very basic room but yet clean. Please don’t use waze to reach here caused waze would send u to a very poor unpaved road. It’s better to use googlemaps for navigation. Owner mr.junaidi is so nice that he prepared local simple breakfast for us. There’s also free and self service coffee and tea that u can enjoy at the pantry while looking at the sea. In the morning u can just walk by the sea. So calm n quiet. Really did enjoy my morning walk.
