Very friendly staff, basic but clean rooms
Reviewed By Tammi-the-NorthStarThe room facilities are basic but they contained everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were fine. Location: the hotel is close to the airport and ca. 20 min drive to Levi. There is a bus from here to Levi but it almost has no time table since it has very long delays (30 min). It's definitely much easier if you have a car.

Amazing exprerience
Reviewed By AaronX202IThe NLV in Levi is absolutely amazing. I got to see the northern lights twice in 4 nights, and do husky sledding and reindeer experience too. It was an amazing stay and i can't wait to be back! Staff were so friendly to us too.

Reviewed By kelliw_9Flight over - amazing, the crew went out of their way to make it feel festive. With games and good humour. We arrived at Gatwick at 5am in morning and returned at 22:15pm - we got 3 hours in the snow village, the rest was travelling or at airports. Snow village was a huge disappointment - no Christmas feel to it at all. Yes a forest full of trees and lanterns on the ground gave it a nice warm romantic feel but there was not one Christmas decoration or decorated tree anywhere, it had zero atmosphere. The huskie ride and reindeer ride last approx 2 mins each of that. The hill to go sledding down is actually a man made mound of snow about 7ft high and the kids skidoo is just a little circle they go round twice. Very underwhelmed with the place and wish we had picked somewhere else more festive. Essentially we paid thousands to spend 12 hours travelling and waiting and have a little play in the snow. Very disappointed at the lack of Christmas ‘feel’ and the amount of time spent there .... though tbf much more than 3 hours you’d prob be bored.

Reviewed By TiinaTyoreissaajaIf you are sensitive to bad indoor air quality or allergic to pets, can't recommend this guesthouse. I was disappointed because I had read only good things about this place. Otherwise it was ok and staff was very friendly.

Convenient accommodation
Reviewed By Henrik WLevi black is well located close to all services and slopes but still far enough from the party district. The apartments are thus well suited for families. However, the steep staircase between the floors might constitute limitations for families with small children or elderly people. Due to COVID-19 restriction we were not able to test neither the “arctic spa” nor the restaurant. We still ordered a three course dinner that was delivered to our apartment. The dinner was delicious.

Great budget accommodation
Reviewed By Evič ZPerfect location, cozy accommodation, very budget friendly. Small cottage (2 adults) has own small bathroom, toilet, well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, kitchen utensils... Outside is a barrel sauna by the river where you can dip into its pure, fresh water (for free).

Reviewed By kam542015Matkailuautolla liikkeellä syyskuussa 2020. Luulimme ensin ajaneemme kaatopaikalle: alue täynnä rojua, nurmikot leikkaamatta ilmeisesti koko kesän ajalta. Auto pysäköitiin polvenkorkuiseen rikkaruohikkoon. Ainoa toimiva palvelu rahastuksen lisäksi yksi suihku ja WC ränsistyvässä rakennuksessa. Ei koskaan enää.
