We are a full service, family owned and operated hotel in Khon Kaen. It is newly and beautifully decorated with Eastern and Western themes on each floor, and artistic ambiance throughout fitting its name. Conveniently located and across from the public park with a 3km walking/bike trail around a lake. All rooms have a balcony. Look forward to welcoming you with our warmest Thai hospitality!
Good value hotel
Reviewed By neil eDidnt prebook, just driving past and decided to stay, its advertising the price on a banner outside(750 baht). Which is helpful. Plenty of parking, clean tidy reception and the staff spoke very good english. The room is large enough with a king sized bed and small balcony but my room didnt have a view. All around the hotel are many buffet style restaurants and its close to a night market alongside the lake which has an incredible choice of foods. The tv has a few english speaking channels. For me the location was perfect because i wanted to stay close to the lake.

Exceptional courtesy even for Thailand
Reviewed By GeorgeAyleshamWe are lucky enough to experience Thai courtesy all over the country but this hotel took it to a new level. Back to basics: the hotel takes the Convid19 hygiene measures very seriously. Our room was spacious and well appointed. (Not perfect as the kettle was broken - but sign of good hotel - was replaced immediately with a smile). Ok for wheel chair users and the handicapped will find the low bath and non-slip mat a help. Breakfast was excellent - although no western cereals there were omelettes, fruit. salads and toast in addition to Thai dishes. If we return to Khon Kaen we'll certainly stay here next time

The rooms are fine but the Shower is to Small.
Reviewed By Don HI rang to make a reservation 2 days before my arrival but when I arrived they had no booking. Apart from that the hotel is good value for money. Nothing more to add, I have stayed there many times and have always been happy with the service.

Very Good value with Nice Rooms & Friendly Staff
Reviewed By Andrew GI recently stayed here for 6 nights - A large well equipped room with breakfast for 800+ baht per night including breakfast represented excellent value for money. The hotel was fairly quiet as was the local area because on the effects of Covid on local trade & tourism. The staff at the Hotel were always smiling and took the time to say hello and ordered us a taxi very quickly on a couple of occasions. Breakfast was ok although a little sparse for western tastes but at the price no complaints. Good selection of channels on the TV & always hot water in the shower. No restaurant/bar/coffee shop currently open which was a shame. Would definetely stay here again and they have a nice swimming pool as well

Better than expected
Reviewed By Zidane08I have to admit I didn't have high expectations for this hotel.Looking for a room for 3 adults and a baby,at short notice,this was the cheapest option. But we were pleasantly surprised by the Family room.It was modern,large and everything worked fine.......excellent value at 950 baht. The young lady on reception was very nice and helpful but the two guys were unsmiling and could do more to welcome the guests. There are no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and you are best going to Central Festival or the area near the Pullman hotel. Breakfast is toast,jam and a cup of coffee but at least its free. Note that there are quite a few roadworks in the sois near the hotel,at the moment,which can make it a bit more difficult to find than it should be. But,all in all,not a bad stay and good value.

Reviewed By pamms2015The hotel is located outside khonkaen town but not far from Khon kaen university and Srinakarind hospital but you need a car to go in and out hotel, it is next to the lake which cover with green, Location is quiet there is one thai restaurant next to hotel that is good. We got the room on fourth floor where we can look over the green of big tree in the garden next to hotel, it was very quiet but sometime we hear the noise from the other room when people open or close their room. The wall is thin. The breakfast was superb, big variety of thai food and few for western good, but that was very nice, We enjoy rice soup, delicious .. Down side: Hard bed pillow was two thin thin wall lack of cub board

Although the Chaipat is within easy walking distance of the all action supplied by the city, it sits in a quiet spot. My check-in and check-out experiences, were both faultless. You can purchase drinks from reception and the lobby area itself, houses some classically styled furniture. Good value, friendly and convenient equals the Chaipat Hotel of Khon Kaen City (see my YouTube), in Northeastern (isaan) Thailand.
