Poor service
Reviewed By Shady SI think Mercure Khamis hotel didn't deserve money paid for it, as it has very poor service, I recieved the room with refrigerator did not work, TV didn't work, quality of tissues in Bathroom are poor, so I only accommodate in this hotel because related to All Accor plus points I must ask many times to be added to my account

Almost a perfect stay
Reviewed By AmerKhatibA surprisingly luxurious and fully equipped hotel in a city with limited choices. Rooms were very spacious and had all what is needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is served on the top floor with many varieties including live cooking and indoor and outdoor seating areas. They have a big swimming pool so if you can spare time it will be worth it. The only negative part that waived a full mark is the incident that ruined one night sleep when the alarm went off more than once out of nowhere just when I fell asleep late. When I inquired about it the next day the receptionist just answered that maybe it went off by mistake! Not a convincing answer or response at all.

Good luck to all. Food needs more options. Also breakfast was good but not wow. Great staff all House keeping and dining as well chefs.

A very cozy stay
Reviewed By amrhussien82This place is very good you are looking for quiet place to work or study in the afternoon. The furniture is not that modern, however, every thing is clean and tidy. All kitchen appliances are in a very good condition. The staff is very friendly. There is a punch of good restaurants in the area. The quality is wonderful compared to the room rate.

The the over of free food and drinks under the hospitality of the guest trainer Mr. Mosaab Alshaheen fir parents and their children. The happy time of the children spent during the joyful training session with the famous trainer Mr. Mosaab Alshaheen in the lobby Areas of improvement: Dining chairs are not comfortable and overused. Lobby toilets were not well clean. There was some constructive noise in the front desk.

شاليهات جيدة بخصوصية عالية
Reviewed By ayaa1977أقمت مع عائلتي الصغيرة في هذه الشاليهات لمدة 3 ليالي وكان اختيار موقف بأمانة. الشاليه الصغير بغرفة نوم واحدة حجمه معقول وفيه صالة ومطبخ صغير. غرفة النوم نظيفة ومريحة بس يعيبهم انهم ما يوفرون سرير للاطفال. الصالة فيها تلفزيون كبير والحمام نظيف وفيه جاكوزي. داخل غرفة النوم يفتح على مسبح داخلي بحجم معقول يعطي الزائر خصوصية تامة للي حاب يسبح مع عائلته بحرية. المسبح نظيف ومرتب بس كنت أتمنى يكون البلاط في أرضية المسبح خشن شوي حتى ما ينزلق الشخص وهو يمشي من جهة الاطفال الى الجهة العميقة. بشكل عام أنصح بالسكن في شاليهات تري سيزون.

Reviewed By Ahmed Aشقق واجنحه حديثه وجميله جدا ونظيف فندقيه تصميمها جميل والاثاث مرتب وجميل قريب منها كل شي تحتاجه من مطاعم شهيره وشعبيه واسواق بالاضافه الى سعرها المناسب يوجد بمقابلها نادي رياضي وحديقة للعائلات تبعد عن المطار ١٠ دقائق فقط
