Basis my shocking and pathetic experience, I don't recommend any one this hotel. They are very rude and highly unprofessional. If you are habituated for taking hot water bath, you will be very disappointed that they don't provide it. Rooms are dirty and bedding is not clean and tidy. If you ask for amenities they are supposed to, they rudely say they don't provide. This is not the hotel for decent people who can fight with them. I have done mistake by booking this hotel, please you don't do it.

Indulge in the quintessential bare foot luxury experience at Neeleshwar Hermitage, the tranquil hideaway where boutique chic meets Vedic well-ness to create complete relaxation for the body and soul. Surrounded by lush gardens of hibiscus and frangipani, light and airy palm-roofed cottages blend traditional Keralan architecture with contemporary design. The luxurious indoor-outdoor bathroom is filled with natural products and the in-room i-pod loaded with cool sounds to match this serene resort. Secluded verandahs catch the sea breeze and far reaching views of the deserted golden coastline. Spot dolphin diving in the sea whilst reclining by the infinity pool, re-align your chakras at the yoga pavilion lulled by the sounds of the surf, and on long beach walks be mesmerised by flocks of sea birds swooping over the ocean. Taste seafood fresh from the local fishermen’s daily catch, and authentic home-style specialities flavoured with spices from Kerala’s Malabar Hills.
This is a top quality(top price) resort. We had a very relaxing nights here in May, absolutely huge room ,with an equally large bathroom. never stayed any where like it! But it has some faults that i feel make it hard to give a mark better than average. A disappointing aspect for such an up market and expensive resort was the food, there is no where else nearby, so you have to eat in the restaurant on site. We found the food rather bland and boring with not much choice. A real disappointment after so many nice meals else where. The comments appeals breakfast and dinner alike. The service how ever was good.

The rooms are decent. But only that much. The bath water quality, as we expect in Kasargod, is poor. The balconies give a good view of the town. There is room service but it generally is a pain. The staff at reception are quite good. The lift is a very cramped one. There is a restaurant in the ground floor but the quality of food is nebulous. The location is great bang at the old Bus Stand.

never seen a worst hotel like this, there were many issues here 1. They had a problem with OYO and although my booking was through OYO, I had to pay double amount upon arrival and even OYO couldnt help here 2. No warm water, neither in evening nor in the morning 3. Unwashed bedsheets and blankets 4. Tight parking space 5. Non working Wifi

Me and my husband had to travel to Mangalore and we stayed in this place for two days. Postive side is very quite rooms, clean bedroom, friendly and helpful staffs and economical too. It is not a luxurious hotel. This is a decent and nice place for a stay.
