Reviewed By NanetteBessonName is program. The hotel really lays in the green, which is very nice if you travel with children. There is so much to play and sport on the hill, you can play beachball, billiard, swim, play soccer.... Breakfast is ok. We used the hotel as stopover before driving to Rio to fly home. It was much more relaxing than staying in the city which we did on the way to Belo. Hotel is simple, no luxury. But it is ok. They even have computers for free surfing, and a tv couch.

A hotel that I would strongly recommend for a great stay in Juiz de Fora
Reviewed By FredRochaI had an excellent experience staying at the Premier Parc Hotel in Juiz de Fora. It is a new hotel and although it is not located in a more urbanized part of the city, it is located in a very calm and quiet region with a lot of green because it is located directly in front of Lajinha Park, which provides walks in the Park or hiking or run around the lake that is in the park. The hotel staff was very kind, polite and attentive at all times during my stay. The room is very nice, very clean and with everything needed for a great stay (television, safe, desk, very good lighting, bathroom with soaps, shampoo and conditioner). It has a fitness room and the breakfast is superb with so many delicious items that leaves you wondering what you should eat. The breakfast starts at 06:30 but it would be better if the breakfast could start at 06:00 to make it easier for those who have to leave to work early. It would also be advisable if the internet signal were a bit stronger. Anyway, a hotel that I would strongly recommend for a great stay in Juiz de Fora.

Worst IBIS experience
Reviewed By etzkornWhen travelling to locations i haven't been before, I tend to rely on my experience, that the IBIS Hotels are a solid choice, clean and with a comparable standard. The IBIS Juiz de Fora was by far my worst experience with IBI so far. The staff is friendly, location is OK. BUT: The infrastructure of the building is a mess, the walls in my room (564) were black from mold, the air was really humid and with a bad smell. The staff excused this with the wet season and humid air, and that the mold would be removed freuqently. In my room it didn't look like this, both in the bathroom and in the bedroom were big black dots, even the curtains were full of mold.

Reviewed By eljefe999This place is really awful. Where should I start: -the beds are worn, you'll sleep on springs -sheets are stained. Asked them to replace, which they did, with slightly less stained sheets (still heavily stained) -they charge for EVERYTHING. Truly nickle and dime type of hotel. Ex. They charge for use of the safe. If you need an extra towel because the one provided is almost translucent and not absorbing water- you'll bet you will pay for it! -no sign by the water indicating it's charged but I should have known, they weren't free. Bad on me. -5am wake up call on Saturday morning. Problem is- we didn't order a wake up call and were in need of a sleep in. Big mistake and when questioned about it, they were flippant and unapologetic. -ant problem in the room -generally out of date, worn Positive- the pool is good -location good In summary, stay away from this place, unless all the things I've listed dontbother you!

Reviewed By A3610UNlilianmMe and my daughter had to stay in Juiz de Fora for 2 weeks for health recovery and they dealt with us like nothing. Not good with clients at all, non-smiling, slow recepcionist. Pretty bad food and questionable cleaning !And I've paid all in cash!

OK as a businessman's hotel
Reviewed By ajacemanIf you are in town on a business trip this might be an alright place to stay for a couple of days, but it is not really geared to provide a romantic getaway for couples. It is rather austere and somewhat dated, with bizarre artwork and strange accent colors and devoid of anyplace to spread out your toiletries in the tiny bathroom. But the shower is scalding hot and you can grab a late night filet in the dining room after surviving an all day bus trip. The hotel is located on a busy street in centro, a R$25 taxi ride from the Rodoviara.
