Club Hotel Edelweiss is a friendly, family-run hotel in the heart of the Austrian Tirol, offering 'doorstep skiing' and a very warm welcome. It’s in a perfect location for skiers of all standards with direct ski access to the SkiWelt's 288km of skiing (one of Austria's largest ski areas). The hotel offers double rooms, family rooms and 2 apartments, as well as buffet breakfast, wellness area with sauna and infra-red cabin, and a games room with table tennis, pool and air hockey.

Reviewed By diehl1937Fitted the bill for our ski break. Very lovely, genuine owners. Helpful, informative and so kind. Immaculate wellness area, with sauna and infrared whatsit. Beds oh so comfy. Attention to detail throughout the hotel and not pretentious. Loooved the breakfast. Evening meal bookings at local Austrian restaurants organised through hotel. Added touch for me was the diary in the next road selling mountain cheese, salami and likoer. Very easy access to brand new gondola with 2 minute ski bus journey. Discount on ski hire and lockers. Airport transfer and Ski pass available from hotel. Amazing ski area and in fact so much less crowded than Scheffau. There is only one apres ski bar at the gondola valley depot at the mo but I suspect that may change soon. But it’s a well kept secret so don’t want it to get too busy!

Nice cafe for a beer
Reviewed By BellylouWe visited here twice.... Once for coffee and once for beer an strudel. Both times service was good and the portions huge! Really nice and definitely worth the trek.... It's on a mountain side so you need to trek to it. Definitely worth a visit.

Peaceful Alpine Retreat
Reviewed By jvlseattleGästehaus Fuchs is tucked away in the tiny town of Itter. We stayed here for three nights over a weekend. Our room was spacious, modern, and clean with a little balcony. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was a nice selection of meats, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, quark, fresh rolls, and the owner cooked eggs, any way you wanted them. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant, and a few minutes more into the little town. It was a really nice place to come back to after a day of cycling or sightseeing.

The apartment is well furnished, has everything you need for self catering, it is in a quiet area so is perfect for a relaxing evening.

Very good hotel in Tirol!
Reviewed By Tal CNice rooms! Very comfortable double beds and very clean! (cleaned every day!) We've stayed there 2 couples for 10 days in the summer, and the house owner was very nice and gave us good tips and recommendations for places to see and visit. Also very good breakfast with fresh eggs, yogurt, bread and cheese (sometime she even made cake). We had so much fun! :)

Reviewed By Jasmin TWir waren für 3 Nächste auf dem Maurerhof. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück war auch völlig ausreichend und lecker, vorallem die selbstgemachten Marmeladen sind toll! Ebenso der Käse aus eigener Herstellung. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wer allerdings Luxus und rießen Frühstücksbuffetts sucht, der ist hier falsch, es ist und bleibt Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof.

Reviewed By William Samazing house perfect place where stay for a weekend, everything was clean, new,worm and an amazing view from the balcony. absolutely stunning and the owner was so nice and she offered an amazing breakfast with coffee, tè, bred eggs jam cheese and a lot of more ! if I'll come back in Austria to do more trip and climbing I'll definitely come back here !!
