Reviewed By annamJ1083ATThe owners personally care for every detail of their place. Exceptionally high quality of the furnishings and the equipment in the garden was easy to see. Food in restaurant was very tasty, and the stuff friendly and willing to help. Kids loved the garden and played there for hours. Yes! We will come back!

Reviewed By amanda858We had a lovely room- an apartment with a balcony and small kitchenette, with en suite bathroom for a very reasonable price. The host was really friendly and welcoming and took us down the road to the strat of one of the gorge walks saving us a long trudge up the road. The breakfast provided and the meals available both in the small restaurant a short walk down the road were great and it was really nice to sample local cooking. Beer in the bar (pictured) is 'on tap' and guidebook information in English is provided in the rooms which we found really helpful.

Scout Cabin in the heart of National Park. We're located just by the three trails entrances and just 15 minutes away from the remaining ones. There is wi-fi and electricity in every cabin. Feel free to use our shared kitchen, club room, bathrooms and terrace. You can use our free parking and local catering. Perfect base camp for adventurers looking to explore the famous Slovak Paradise.

Reviewed By Ashley_AsukaWe found this place when reading (not so good) reviews of Autocamping Podlesok down the road, and are glad we did! It's cheaper than the Autocamp even if you plan on camping in a tent, so we figured it was a better deal to have a cabin and actual beds (+ included hot water for showers). We had one of the KEMP bungalows and it was clean and simple. Emil and the staff were very friendly and helpful with good English. The location is ideal for accessing the famous river trails and it's really quiet. We visited just after the summer season and no meals were offered, but the kitchen is more than adequate for preparing meals if you bring your own food. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance.

Reviewed By gars70Pokoje przestronne, bardzo czyste. Pokój wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Łóżka wygodne. Wspólna kuchnia dobrze wyposażona (m.in. 2 lodówki). Sklep i bar obok. Parking na miejscu. Wi-fi bez zarzutu. Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe w Słowacki Raj (Przełom Hornadu, Sucha Bela, Pecky, Wielki Sokół). Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Same plusy.

A calm and pretty place at Paradise Gates
Reviewed By Vulcain73The place is quiet and you have the choice to put your tent, but I came in September, maybe it is less heavenly in July-August, because with only two showers for all the camping, it must be jostling. At the reception, the young man informed me very well on the various hikes to do in the Park. There is WiFi throughout the campsite, but if you want broadband you can come to the office where there are tables and work quietly. Don't hesitate to go up the gorges where you walk in the water and where you climb the ladder is great!

A big disappointment!!!
Reviewed By _T9876NBWe have heard a lot about this horse farm. When we traveled with our 4 children, we wanted to include horseback riding in our travel. We arrived at the farm and the owner lady told us that they were full that day but that we could arrive the next morning. The owner of the place offered 10 o'clock am and because we slept some distance from the farm I suggested the 11 o'clock. We agreed that we would arrive sometime between 10 and 11 in the morning and ride for an entire hour throughout the "Slovak Paradise". The next day, upon our departure towards the horse farm, I sent a message to the owner of the place that we are expected to arrive around 10:45 and she replied back: "OK". To our disappointment when we arrived the man waiting for us was angry and impatient and suddenly announced that we were late so we will ride only half an hour and not a full hour as promised. All our attempts to explain to the man that this was agreed with the owner of the place and that she even sent "ok" confirming for us to arrive at 10:45 were unsuccessful and finally he announced unilaterally: No riding! And went to tie the horses back. Needless to say how much our children were disappointed! So I warn everyone not to go near this not-so-nice place that does not value tourists and that does not know how to give service and keep promises. I have a record of all the posts for whoever wants.

Very pleasant place
Reviewed By MartinzzThis family-run B&B (without breakfast though) is located on the edge of the village towards the trailhead of Slovak Paradise national park, some 15 minutes from both the trailhead and the village facilities, three minutes from the bus stop for those without a car. The landlord is a very nice and helpful lady willing to do the utmost for the comfort of the guests. The rooms are reasonably large and well appointed, free wifi is a plus. The only downside is the strict self-catering (kitchenette available), no way to order breakfast - yet shopping in the village is limited to dire basics.

Idealne miejce przy Słowackim Raju
Reviewed By toywarsPrzyjechałysmy koło 19, właścicielka - Emka na nas czekała, bez zbędnych formalności pokazała pokój, który niczym nie odbiegał od zdjęć w ofercie na Bookingu. Pokój wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne - lodówkę, talerze, szklanki, noże, czajnik, ręczniki. Nie brakowało niczego. Łazienka duża, wszędzie czysto. Internet bezprzewodowy. Obiekt położony 15 min piechotą od Słowackiego Raju - świetna baza wypadowa. Można sobie skrócić drogę przez pole za domem, o czym właścicielka od razu nam powiedziała. Do kluczy od pokoju dołączony jest breloczek, z którym otrzymałyśmy 10% zniżki w pobliskiej restauracji U Hudaka (5 min piechotą). Super atmosfera, bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele, codziennie pytali czy wszystko w porządku i czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy, po przyjeździe otrzymałyśmy mapkę Słowackiego Raju i krótki przewodnik w formie broszurki. W obiekcie można korzystać z ogródka przy domu, jest ławeczka że stolikiem, leżaki i grill. Nie ma problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu, dla wszystkich gości przewidziane jest miejsce parkingowe na terenie posesji (jedno miejsce na pokój). Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Camere piccole ma dotate di tutto dal frigo alla tv a schermo piatto, dal fornello per cucinare piccole cose alle poltrobcine in camera per all occorrenza mangiare. Balconcino per rilassarsi seduti. WiFi veloce, parcheggio interno, proprietari gentili e disponibili. Prezzo più che onesto.

Reviewed By martinbW9376YFČtyřlůžkový pokoj se standardním vybavením a vlastní koupelnou. Dostatek místa pro všechny. Pokoj je umístěn nad restaurací a okno vede na nepříliš rušnou ulici. Na chodbě vedle pokoje je k dispozici společná kuchyně. Nabídnutá polopenze je dobrou volbou, snídaně i obědy jsou vynikající. Výběr jídla pro snídani i večeři je dle jídelního lístku. Velmi příjemný hostitel poradí i s výlety po okolí.
