Hotel complex provides high-quality and creative accommodation, finnish sauna, rest room, whirpool and catering services. It includes sports and playground, parking, lounge, outdoor terrace and a natural pond and much more.

Reviewed By alexanderrupertfA fantastic hotel. The rooms are very high quality with great fittings. Our suite had a kitchen which made up for the fact that the hotel itself didn't offer meals apart from breakfast. Located very close to the Austrian border in gorgeous scenery and only yards from a ferry on which you can cross Lipno lake to the nearest town, it feels like you are living in a country house. There is a wealth of great little extras, from a small playground for children, a volleyball/badminton court, to farm animals for children to pet. Great touches abound, from the ability to borrow barbecues to an open fire pit in the ground to sit by an enjoy a summer evening with the family. We didn't try the wellness facilities but apparently they are great too, situated in little cabanas with fantastic views. Highly recommendable, we will be returning.

The Hotel Resort Relax is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is located in a quiet place, at the widest point of Lipno lake. This credibly recalls a stay at the seaside and provides guests with a wide range of extra options. Accommodation is possible in hotel rooms, Depandance Majak (Lighthouse) located directly at the hotel's dock or new one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments. There is a new wellness center with swimming pool, saunas, whirlpool, private wellness ... Guests have at their disposal a private beach, a hotel dock with boat and motorboat rental, bicycle and e-bike rental ... Gastronomy: Restaurant Relax, Grill Bar Regata, outdoor terrace. There is also a charge-station for electric cars (not just Tesla).
Poor staff behavior and terrible service
Reviewed By koprivajakub- smelly room - burgers and tortillas were one of the worst we had - service and people polite but prefer their own comfort over comfort of guests - 4 star prices but the services were terrible Overall score is 3/10 and I wouldn't recommend the stay here to anyone else in near future. Hopefully F&B managers will read this and get staff in shape.

Great value for money
Reviewed By VienneseCanuckMy family was looking for a quick, cheap and cheerful get away for a long weekend and we found this place. We were greeted warmly by the owner and found ourselves in a pleasant cabin accommodation quickly. After we settled in, we spent some time in the pension's restaurant where we enjoyed a drink and a chat with the locals including he owner. Overall, friendly vibe. The room was clean and comfortable. That said, the hot water situation wasn't great. Only one of us could shower with hot water per morning and even then, the shower would have to be quick. The next person would have to wait approximately 30 mins before the tank was ready. We were flexible though. Overall, great value for money and a safe clean place to hang your hat if you're on your way to Cesky Krumlov.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel
Reviewed By TrailBlazer265152Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and have to say that it didn’t meet our expectations. Receptionist was lowkey mean and definitely not friendly, however, the restaurant staff was helpful and did their job well. Wellness was a disappointment. No towels (we literally had to carry one normal sized towel to the pool and then back to our room (wet of course) since there was just this one. In case you want to change your towels for the next day and have your trash taken out you need to place a card on your door. Otherwise you won’t have your room “cleaned”. Since they claim to be a 4* hotel I don’t find this appropriate. As you can see from pictures on their website, the view from the pool is great (in the end the best thing on this hotel) and therefore they should at least make the effort and clean them. Pool was cold and hotel sauna opens at 4pm so with one wet towel you spend the afternoon freezing by the pool and waiting for the sauna to open. Like I said, wellness was a big disappointment.

Family lunch close to the beach
Reviewed By Peter PGood food... Good beer... Homemade lemonades... service tried to be nice but overall not so good. Excellent sirloin on mushrooms with homemade Tatar sauce And good cottage dumplings with blueberry for kiddos... Outside nice car inside kids corner.

Reviewed By UweK2810Lage: In ruhiger, sicherer Wohngegend nahe am Stausee. Nachts sehr ruhig. Zimmer: Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war einfach eingerichtet. Kleines Bad mit kleiner Dusche. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok. Service: Freundlicher, netter Service. Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Kleines feines Frühstücksbuffet nach Wunsch gibt es frisch zubereitetes Rührei oder ein gekochtes Ei oder zwei. Kaffee sehr gut. Kommunikation: WLAN absolut gute Bandbreite

Skvělý pobyt na krásném místě
Reviewed By Wendyss18Ubytování krásné, čisté, moderně vybavené. Ve vybavení kuchyně vůbec nic nechybí - i toustovač, kávovar s kávou, vývrtka - vše tu je. Apartmán krásný, moderní design, pohodlné postele i gauč. Skvělý bazén a zahrada i pro děti, možnost grilování. Kousek od ubytování místní hospůdka, kde mají hotová jídla za skvělé ceny. Dostupnost do obchodu autem, na kole bez problému. Klidnější lokace pro nás ale byla výhodou.

Reviewed By Alina SMogę polecić wszystkim, którzy nie maja luxusowych wymogów. Pokoje były czyste. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji ręczniki oraz mydełka. Na dole była mała restauracja, gdzie podawały się śniadania (nie mogę podsumować bo nie mieliśmy siadani) oraz gotowali obiady, kolacje… Co do jedzeni to były w porządku, nie mamy zarzutów, byliśmy na kolacji dwa razy (pobyt mieliśmy od piątku do poniedziałku) i smakowało nam obojgu. Mieliśmy także z sobą psa, gdzie nie czyniło im to w ogóle problemu ze strony obsługi/hotelu. W okolicy jest mnóstwo sklepików spożywczych. Zaraz parę metrów obok druga restauracja oraz mały sklepik spożywczych. W pokoju znajdowała się telewizja. Penzion ma do dyspozycji własny parking.

Reviewed By vaclavzdvihalUbytování bylo čisté, tiché, snídaně dostatečně bohaté, majitelka ochotna. Kola jsme mohli mít schované uvnitř a parkovalo se ve dvoře. Pár metrů od ubytování je obchod, restaurace a cyklostezka. Postele jsou nicmoc tvrdší.

Reviewed By milunka53Personál příjemný a ochotný. S pejskem vše bez problémů. Venkovní posezení...čisté a příjemné prostředí,zařízení chatky bez chyby, /jen je třeba zapojit televizi /, všude čisto a útulno. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni a budeme se sem rádi vracet.
