Deeply disappointed . housekeeping and maintenance departments are virtually non existent. - Fitness center and spa were not functional. There is no update on their website about this. Had we known we may have booked somewhere else. - Jacuzzi in room not working. - Games room closed. - On check in we found only one towel in the room. Despite multiple calls to housekeeping the second towel did not come. Finally I had to go to the reception to complain and then it was sent - despite four calls to housekeeping they did not send fresh cups. I had to go to the restaurant and pick it up myself. Same issue with sending wifi password. - safety lockers were faulty , table lamp was not working, faucet in one bathroom was tilted, seepage in one room, electrical points not working, etc. etc. Very poor maintenance - At several places we saw dirty glass panes. - In the restaurant, there is an extensive menu but more than half the items are not available - Room cleaning is superficial - cleaning staff were insisting to clean only in our presence . Logic it is to avoid allegations of theft by any guest. is the staff not trustworthy? who wants to sit there while room is being cleaned? - at the swimming pool on one day there were no fresh towels. I had to make three requests and walk up and down from reception twice before they came Despite all this they are charging full price. one goes to these places to relax and not have to struggle like this. the overall experience was totally ruined.

Room was very clean and huge The service staff is quick and courteous The reception is helpful in giving all the information about visiting diff points in Haridwar. Breakfast options are limited. Vibrant and forever echoing the chant of a thousand prayers, Haridwar is an arresting blend of Indian culture and spiritual beliefs. The Haveli Hari Ganga is a resort situated on the banks of the Holy Ganga, a mere 500 meters walk through the bazaar at the sacred Har ki Pauri. Designated recently as a heritage property by the Government of India, the interiors of the Haveli are reminiscent of ancient Indian architecture where there are balanced tones of tranquility & comfort.

Ganga Lahari in Haridwar is a beautiful heritage ‘Haveli’ located on the banks of the Ganga at Har Ki Paudi. The Haveli is an architectural marvel that has been restored to recreate old world charm with modern day hospitality.
Its a best place to stay in Haridwar for Ganga Darshan with a comfortable & three star facilities. Staff & rooms are very good. Food was also good in taste. Also rooms lobby was the best part as you will see the Ganga river from there only and also they have provide sitting over there. So overall a great experience. Must try

Located on the too congested road even walking is difficult. The lift was not working and was told us that it is I'mrepairablr as it was very OLD. but this fact was not revealed on the booking App. We were allowed rooms on the second floor ( executive Rooms 201 and 205), the most expensive ones @4500 per night per room. It was very difficult for us to Shunt Up and Down. Rooms were stinking with foul smell as there was no exhaust system in any washroom. The light in the rooms was very low that it was very difficult for us to read and write after 6 PM. Room service was super slow. water once requested was given after an hour. The hotel was infested with mosquitoes and flies. there was a single point of communication housekeeping for restaurant calls and reception quarries. Namely, Mr. O.P Tiwary. So overall it was a worthless hotel. Not worth staying.

The Rosewood Hotel was great! Friendly and helpful staff. If you needed something they came to your room right away. No problem. The dining room hours were perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was the best ever and the food was very good. My very first time to India and the hotel employees would give advice about travel and they knew all the information for Covid testing and where to shop. Thanks!

Amazing place to stay...just a little far from Harke Pauri. Auto and erickshaw are available all the time but while returning in the night, it becomes a bit difficult to return depending on public transport.

Don't go with kids. I always stayed here while I visited haridwar. However, this last visit was terrible. I was travelling with my 8 month old kid and wife and parents. We booked three rooms and was surprised to see that there are no kettles in the rooms. Around 11 pm in the night I needed boiled water for my kid. I went to the reception requesting for a kettle and got a big NO for it. Due to covid they have discontinued kettles for rooms and they have started a common hot n cold water system for all guests which they have not mentioned in the room details. (and I dint know how guests will maintain social distancing by increasing use of common areas for things like drinking water) When I explained my situation to the receptionist, he almost laughed at me saying that you should buy milk from our restaurant for your kid. When I got a little angry and said that it's mentioned all over your listings, he said "Do what you feel like, we can't provide a kettle". Didn't expect such unprofessional behaviour from a receptionist. Now I requested him to provide me with boiled water from the kitchen if possible. Well, 11 pm at night, he wanted me to go from reception on ground floor to restaurant on 4th floor and ask the people in the restaurant myself. Finally, I gave up, I went outside the hotel, bought a bottle of mineral water from restaurant across the road and requested him to boil the water, which he did with a big smile and even a bigger thanks for visiting his restaurant for a bottle of water. So.... Its a big NO from my side. Would never visit this hotel ever again because..... 1. Very unprofessional staff 2. Poor services 3. Facilities that are shown on different portals are actually not available in the hotel so they're cheating. 4. Their staff is always ready and saluting when it's time to collect some tip, but to get water, you need to walk up four floors on your own and staff isn't available.
