Reviewed By hmy_trThe hotel is located in the center of Hai Phong city, covenient for travelling around. Customer service is very nice and friendly. The TV automatically turns on when I come back feels interesting. There is a lot of delicious restaurants around the hotel. Also it is suitable for business trip!!

Reviewed By Juhan iExellent, fast service, employees speak good english. A swimming pool on top of a building is nice! Location is at central, so shops are close. Gym is a bit small but thats the case allways in hotels.Breakfast is very good. No bad things to say. I recommend this hotel.

By the way, Halong Bay is breathtaking! Plus, the place looks like a small paradise in the middle of an alive jungle! It is just wonderful! You can rent a bicycle and pedal away contemplating the beauty of the tiny little and precious village. Everyone is friendly around. You feel not merely safe, but integrated. Another thing to mention: the dinners at Lan Homestay are excellent with a variety of sea food. In our last night we tried the snake wine as well. I totally recommend it and would love to go back!

Reviewed By red_rhodeshaThis should be at least a 3 star hotel - recently refurbished this is a modern boutique hotel, super comfortable beds, large flat screen tv and beautiful bathroom. I found myself in Haiphong having missed the last ferry to Catba and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Ignore the photos on tripadvisor - I think these are old. Great hotel.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
Reviewed By RosePhamNguyenMy husband and I loved our stay at this hotel. Everything we were looking for was walking distance. The Hotel Director checked on us every time we saw him to assure we were happy and to see if there was anything else him and his staff could do to improve our stay. There was security present 24/7 and there were cameras on each floor that made us feel very safe. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and guided us to the best food, entertainment and shopping. The cleaning staff were very friendly and meticulous when it came to laundry and cleaning our room. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hai Phong and we will definitely be coming back.

Reviewed By 850ruvidBeautiful new hotel with excellent rooms and facilities. Staff were kind and breakfast was tasty. Really enjoyed our stay Would highly recommend. Good location. We stayed over night as our tour to ha long bay left early in the morning. Had nice local meal across the road too

Absolute dump
Reviewed By GoToGate13Reception staff very rude. Made us wait 40 minutes for room because they said we had no reservation even though I showed the confirmation. What annoyed us the most was we was desperate to get in room and freshen up. We asked if we could sort paperwork after showering but they made us wait. Room VERY dated. It could do with a good clean. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Too much money for what you get
Reviewed By DeralmI pay for an luxury high-rise apartment by the week in saigon for half of what they want her. On check in we had 2 separate apartments that had one bedroom. They tried to put us in a 2 bedroom apartment for the same price. The buildings are only 4 stories tall (no elevator) and you need to walk long distances to get anywhere. They said they had golf carts, just never available. Then on check out the would not transport us to the airport in their van. They called a bad taxi that overcharged. Nothing good to say about the hotel/apartment. I also enjoy a firm bed, but this bed was as hard as the floor.

A good weekend

It helped me save a lot of money for the trip at weekend. Every room in the hotel had a nice view to the sea from the front door, and the window and balcony in the back, there was view to the yard and swimming pool. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC was not quiet so It was a little bit hard to sleep with noise from the AC. There was bicycle for rent but it was broken so I rented a scooter from a staff in the hotel with reasonable price. It was about 300m from the hotel through a small alley to the beach. It was near famous restaurants of the area. The hotel was located near famous pagoda and the road around the beach.
