We have stayed at this hotel at least five times, once bringing a relative with us. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoy looking out over the water. The TV and other appliances WORK. (That's not always the situation. We've stayed in hotels/motels around the world.) We enjoy the breakfasts that send us onward on our travels. The dinners are good, but a bit pricey.

The Village Suites are conveniently located in the heart of the vibrant Blue Mountain Village just steps away to endless resort attractions, dining, shopping, world class events and our Village Conference Centre. The hotel designs span from your historic railway accommodation to that classic mountain ski lodge. The Village Suites are comprised of three main hotel buildings including The Grand Georgian, Weider Lodge and Seasons at Blue. The Village Suites feature seasonal outdoor pools, year-round hot tubs and fitness facilities.
We were at Grand Georgian building for a dance competition my daughter had the Victoria Day long weekend. The village was busy and so was the hotel but the front desk attendants were very helpful and fast making sure not to create long wait lines. Kudos to everyone but specially to the blonde girl with short hair in glasses, Kathleen, Keyla for assuring that all the needs were met on time. They were helpful with suggestions on what to do around the village. We forgot a book behind and after we came back, they arranged it super quick to receive it and during this time they apologized (even it wasn’t their fault) and opened the lounge room for us to wait. The housekeeping service was very nice also. Since COVID and everything, you have to request their service and they come and assist you. The pool opened that weekend and it was busy with mostly kids, it required a reservation for a time slot. Always a pleasure to be at Blue Mountain at every season of the year. Can’t wait to come back

Completely renovated 8 room motel in quaint village of Manitowaning. We have rooms with two double beds, rooms with one queen size bed or rooms with a king size bed. All rooms include a small fridge, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, electric fireplace, wifi, cable, a/c. The rooms are all non smoking. There is a picnic area provided with a gas barbeque for guest use. Comfortable outdoor chairs provided for each room. Rates are starting at $85 plus tax per room per night.
A quaint little inn with a very lovely couple that run it. Rooms were perfect for our weekend getaway of hiking. Rooms have a bar fridge, microwave, tea kettle and a Keurig that take the small oval pods not the tall ones. We brought our own pods but didn't fit. Their no name medium roast was quite tasty though. Rooms also have a TV and an electric fireplace. Beds were very comfortable also. We brought our own food and used their bbq, however we had to do our dishes in our bathroom sink as there was no bar sink. Lol. Not a problem though. Once again the owners were very nice and hospitable. Won't be disappointed!

Stayed here last weekend…seems to be one of the better places in Parry Sound. Has nice simple continental breakfast, clean but worn rooms, hard bed. No pool, basic amenities, one person desk, area to lounge in. Room has small fridge, small TV, carpet is worn in the room we stayed. Ice maker & snack machine on site. Happy they were available for last minute booking.

Stayed in a deluxe room which looked exactly like on the hotel/Marriott site. Room was comfortable. Bed was good. Mattress not hard not soft. Blankets were comfortable and not hot. Room air conditioner wasn't too loud. Couch could convert into a bed which wasn't advertised. Though the couch cushions themselves had no density as when sitting down I fell all the way through. Sink, microwave and mini fridge in the room. Included plates and utensils which were great to have when bringing back restaurant take out to eat in the room. Coffee maker wasn't great as the coffee pods were too large for the small machine. Coffee maker also wasn't clean as a past room guest must've made instant noodles in it as my coffee came out oily and smelling like noodles. Bathroom was a normal bathroom. Shower itself was good with waterfall option, strong pressure and quick to heat. Toiletries were the Westin "Heavenly" brand which came in bulk refillable bottles and easy to use. Outdoor pool required reservations which was easy enough to do. Gym didn't have that many machines or weights. Actually the pool and gym were rather small considering the number of rooms at this hotel. Parking is available underground with limited spaces and $20 + taxes. Internet wifi speed incredibly slow. Was getting less than 2 Mbps during my stay. Was faster just staying on my mobile phone's 4G. Standard TV in the room -- not a smart TV. TV was in a weird position as well being way too high if watching from the couch. No soundproofing at all with the door. Could easily and clearly hear conversations in the hallway when lying in bed. Service at the front desk was quick and fantastic. Overall a fair room but not great value for money. Prices seem to fluctuate between $310 - $600 CAD.

The location is great, close to a variety of stores and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. However, the stand out was the friendliness of the staff. In particular I'd like to call out and thank Leila who served us in the hotel dining room. She was exceptionally helpful and friendly, contributing to a memorable stay. I would strongly recommend this location when visiting Sudbury.

Lots of fun on a short friends weekend! The weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the outdoor pool. The front desk was helpful in getting us cabs to get to our event, and when we returned the security guard found us a place to continue the party so we wouldn't disturb other guests!

Wayside Motel is iconic to Manitoulin and as such we strive to provide you with a feel of the Island. Our very large & quiet rooms, a stunning 340 sq. ft of bright, quiet space are yours to enjoy. Rooms are furnished with hand-made cedar furniture, so characteristic to the Island, and adored with wall art created by two local artists. We also offer the best Wi-Fi available and quality cotton bed sheets diligently ironed just for you! Despite "sitting" on the highway, the motel's surroundings are very quiet. It is encircled by farmers' fields, a woodlot and a meadow. Highway traffic dissolves completely after 6:00 pm leaving only peace and quiet. Our location offers spectacular sun sets and cathedral night sky. We are on a S-W exposure with lots of sun and warmth. This motel is our pride and joy and we hope you will be happy here.
After getting off the Tobermory ferry and exploring Manitoulin Island, we stayed at this lovely home away from home. This is a newly renovated motel where the grounds are being updated. Once we got to our room we were delighted with the spaciousness, cleanliness and comfort. We could make coffee, warm up a meal in the microwave and eat it at the rustic new table and chairs. Our bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress and warm bedding. The floors were brand new and spotless. We hope to be back one day.
