We attended our son's marriage in this place recently. The location was stunning and the wine from their own vineyard was exceptionally good. The accommodation was beautiful and very spacious and we would love to return very soon.

Set in a 1000 year old vineyard with a private swimming pool, is this country-style hotel. It is located in Gaillac, just 25 km from Albi and offers free Wi-Fi access. Private bathrooms with a hairdryer are in all of the rooms at Logis La Verrerie. All rooms have a work desk and some have views of the park. A continental breakfast is served every morning at La Verrerie, in the restaurant or on the terrace. Guests can enjoy an aperitif at the bar before sampling traditional and innovative cuisine in the restaurant. Free private parking is available on site and the A68 is just a 7-minute drive away. Gaillac Train Station is 300 m from the hotel and leads directly to Toulouse. We speak your language!
Lovely base to explore the area and nice enough to just stay in the grounds as well. Staff are really friendly and the restaurant is worth at least one visit. Nice pool and other facilities, has a great family feel and lots of space in the gardens to roam around.

Right opposite the station but we didn't hear any trains. In fact the location was pretty quiet and less than a 10 min stroll from the centre. Room was excellent, and a generous size. No there weren't any tea or coffee making facilities but hey, who needs that when there are SO many great bars & cafés on your doorstep and yes, the hotel walls are made out of cardboard and you can almost hear your neighbours' breathing but you get what you pay for I guess.......parking was excellent and Phillipe, the owner, was very friendly.

Our year wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the Mas. First visited in 2005 we come back every summer. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of private places to enjoy the plants and stunning scenery. The hosts are so welcoming and have lots of information on what to see and do in the area. It really feels like home from home and we relax as soon as we drive through the gates.

14 chalets built in wood and 4 lodges in wood and coton , confortable , warmth , equipped for 5 people . They are on a delightful site on a former wine farm near the river. This is ideal for family's holidays and peaceful time . You like nature , fishing , warmed swimming , everything is here ..
We have been to the Chalets 8 times now either en route from other destinations or for a long stay. It is just somewhere we love because it's peaceful but there's company; its comfortable without being luxurious or pretentious; it's by the river and we have enjoyed canoeing to Gaillac, seeing the kinffishers on the way; it's near Gaillac which is picturesque and cultured without being over touristy. It's fun. It's different. We love it and want to extol its virtues and recommend it to Francophiles. We now tend to stay in June before the main holidays but before retirement we stayed in July and August when Michele and Gerard, the owners, organised activities in the grange; we have participated in French plays, played lotto, even done a French dictee, sung along to Charles Trenet! Michele and Gerard are now retired but still living in the farmhouse on the former vineyard. Alain and Lydie are now in charge of the Chalets and are just as charming, energetic and committed to making things as comfortable for people as possible. There are 10 chalets and 4 tents ( glamping style) on a large site with plenty of room between chalets and shaded by mature trees - many of them cherry trees, mulberries bearing a plentiful supply of juicy produce. The chalets are not enormous and they are simply furnished with all the basics provided - two gas rings, a microwave, kettle, heating if required, small shower room cum WC, a balcony and a barbecue. Don't expect super luxury but we are thinking of going there for a ninth time , ergo, there can't be much to dislike| What more can we say except - a la prochaine!

We could not have been made more welcome by the owner of this beautifully restored house in the centre of the town. He gave us advice on things to see including a local wine concert which is well worth a visit as a couple or family. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was a treat. Lots of lovely local jams and honey to go with superb bread and croissants. Highly recommend this location for a night or a longer stay. Although the road outside is narrow there is lots of parking close by.
