About 3 years back while on my way home from Florida we stayed at this location for the first time and when I was looking for a place for a recent trip it came up in my search. So I booked 1 night on my way south. After booking online I called to confirm that they had a first floor room available. I spoke with Chris and he assured me they did and that he'd be there when we checked in. We arrived fairly late and as promised he gave us a 1st floor room. Chris was warm and welcoming and made us feel like he appreciated our business. Our room was clean & comfortable, with plenty of towels. Basically everything we expect from Red Roof Inn. Checking out in the morning the gentleman in reception was also wonderful. I felt that they truly appreciated our business. We decided to stay there again on our way home, and even though it was a week later Chris remembered us. We will absolutely stay there again. And kudos to management for having such efficient and caring staff from the front desk to the housekeeping.

The hotel was clean but the room was dated. We had a King Studio with a sofa bed as our adult daughter was traveling with us. The room was very small and when we pulled out the sofa bed, you had about one inch to get out the door. Should not be billed as “sleeps four”. I would not stay here again.

Worst hotel in my 70 years. Stayed 2 nights. Room TINY. NO closet. No daily room service. No fresh towels, beds not made daily. Everything is ancient. Killed a lot of ants in the room. They don't even supply a box of tissues. I'll never stay at another Best Western

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Fredricksburg. First, almost turned around after pulling up and seeing some folks who didn’t look like they belonged there, out front. But I checked in anyway, fearing my truck would get stolen. I moved it to a gold spot and felt better since it was out front. Staff here was super friendly. Room was clean(we had a suite on the fourth floor). Breakfast, umm, two things. Coffee : whoa, way too strong and tastes funny. No cereal? Saw plenty of kids while I was there. Is that not what they eat? I was looking for some for myself. Hallways were warm but bearable. Elevators were a bit scary. I chose to use the steps. Convenient to I 95.

We always stay at Hilton’s hotels, which include many Hampton Inn & Suites. This one was exceptional. It just felt clean as we entered, and upon my usual inspection it certainly was! I thought it might be new, but when complementing the staff, I learned it was well over ten years old. There was not a speck of dust anywhere, many times the bottom shelves under bedside tables and under the sinks are dusty. The other thing I noticed right away was how clean the floors were, especially in the bathroom. Kudos to the head of housekeeping who has trained her/his staff well! And thank you to the whole staff for a pleasant night’s stay.

Beds were super comfortable but a couple of things that were a little disappointing. Shades in our room wouldn't go down all the way, allowing morning sun in the room when a bit more sleep would have been nice. No continental breakfast, but breakfast was available by pay. I would stay here again for the comfort, but a few amenities would have been nice.

The place looks nice from the outside, but in the bathroom of the room I saw cockroaches, the iron did not work, the poorest breakfast I have ever seen, first and last time I stay in this hotel. Maybe someone thinks that it is not true or they ask and the photo? but it's the truth and if you want to check it, stay with them and you'll find out

A well run hotel. Nicely decorated comfortable rooms, great service from the staff. This hotel is aimed toward longer stays but I would definitely consider staying here again. It’s convenient to the Interstate. Another plus is the large shopping area including Wegman’s within walking distance.
