We spent 2 nights here. The location is on the water front overlooking the harbor. The rooms are neat, tidy and clean. Like most motels, inns and hotels the rooms are outdated and in major need of up grades. Continental breakfast is provided and of a good standard.

Esperance Bay Holiday Park is a small friendly park situated 1km from the town centre (5-10 min walk). The park is directly opposite calm swimming beaches and easy walk to fishing jetties, a variety of cafes, restaurants and hotels close by. We offer a variety of brick self contained chalets, basic cabins and well maintained grassed sites to suit tents, camper trailers and sites with concrete slabs for motor homes and caravans. Esperance is a perfect seaside destination offering an abundance of attractions and activities.
Great park, friendly staff, bays although not large are accessible and the ablution blocks clean and well looked after. The park is within walking distance of the shops and food outlets as well as nearby bay.

With spotless rooms and great country service, the Bayview Motel offers you affordable accommodation in Esperance within easy walking distance to town, the beach & cafes
Highlights: The fair priced self serve laundry facilities work well. The table, chairs and dishes were appreciated. The motel was the only place we could find with vacancy. Lowlights: We were hassled by reception for tardiness when we were still loading our car at 10:03am (check out is 10:00am). We also received a knock on our door when our do not disturb sign was up and our daughter in bed. This wasn’t for an emergency but instead to indulge the neighbors who had reportedly whined we were in their unmarked parking spot. This unintentional infraction would have resulted in the guests needing to walk a whole 7 steps to their room. While staff cheerfulness was abound, we did not feel like valued guests or customers as a result of these 2 encounters. In other opportunities for improvement, the mattress is due for replacement, the freezer needs servicing and the fridge smells.

The Comfort Inn Bay of Isles is one of the premier Esperance accommodation and function centres. The complex is situated on the Esplanade which is a short walk to the vibrant town centre and is the perfect base to explore this wonderful region
What a pleasant surprise this accommodation has been. Far surpassed our expectations. The family room has a QS and large single bed. Very comfortable, good bedding with pillow choices plus extra blankets if needed. Great bathroom with bath and shower with great hot water supply. Jug, toaster and microwave plus frig. Daily room service too - bonus! We went to Bandy Creek Harbour beach where there is great sand, shallow water for the little one to play, toilet and shower plus a fish processing shop where we bought great fish to take home. So many beaches and bays to visit and places to go, shop and eat plus lots of fishing gear shops. We also visited Stone Henge which was interesting and good value and has lots of info plus a shop.

The owner picked us up at 7:30pm from Kalgoorlie bus. I noticed on their website that they offered this complimentary service so I phoned and asked. We appreciated this greatly, it is 7 years since we were last in Esperance and we really weren't keen on trying to find our motel in the dark. So grateful this wasn't an issue. We have since found that it is a 5 minute walk to the bus from here, so boarding the bus for Albany at 8am wont be a problem. This place isn't swish, it is unpretentious, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Brick interior walls that typify the time of construction. Full size stove, microwave, electric blanket and after coming from 36C in Kalgoorlie to 16C in Esperance (!!), thankfully a heater. Lots of space outside, lawn and garden. Minimal carry over noise from unit next door. The bathroom is tiny, but given the time we spent in there, this wasn't an issue. Again, very clean. The only thing we weren't quite so keen on was the tragic state of our two bath towels, unstained but worn out, very thin. So much so that if we had had room to pack them, I would've bought a couple in Esperance to use. Also no face flannels supplied but this is common everywhere these days, not unique. The last paragraph a very minor issue, this place is good value, in a great spot, especially you are doing the Transwa Pensioner free travel loop, Perth to Kalgoorlie to Esperance to Albany to Perth, and leave the car at home. Handy to everything.

Esperance Chalet Village is one of the area’s original holiday destinations - reimagined and refreshed - not modern or fancy, exuding a sense of old school charm. The village is located on the edge of town in an idyllic bush setting and offers various accommodation options, from the popular A frame chalets, to quaint family cabins or luxe couples king shacks.
Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights in November in the Large Chalet. Great location with plenty of potential to develop and and highlight the pure beauty of the area. Super easy self check in and good communication prior to arrival. Unfortunately it was raining for the two nights we stayed there, however the chalet village provided a warm, cosy and functional accommodation. Structurally, the chalet provided good shelter from the storm however we did spot a small leak in the kitchen window, but nothing too serious. Chalet was very clean and tidy, with plenty of amenities for us to use during our stay., however free wifi was below average. On our first day we booked a Pilates class with Lisa from Body Pulse Pilarties, hosted on site. We would highly reccommend booking a class with her. Both thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here and would highly reccommend staying here with your partner or friend.

Stayed 5 nights with Fran and Brendan at Tranquil Retreat and it was wonderful. The whole setting, from the bedroom to the huge en-suite, and having access to the whole place was terrific. Breakfasts were outstanding, with cereal, fruit or full breakfasts and huge choice of toasts etc. Fran went out of her way and cooked my up a beautiful birthday breakfast of scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and lashings of bacon. They also went out of there way to help us with directions around Esperance, bookings at eateries and advice of tourist spots was much appreciated. Only 5 mins from Esperance central, so distance not a problem. Both Fran and Brendan were terrific hosts, and we loved our stay at Tranquil Retreat. Definitely recommend.

The cottage I booked was originally for 3 nights, and when my plans changed unexpectedly, Kylie let me adjust my booking to include another night. I had to book different accommodation in the meantime, however on the day of checkin, I called Kylie to see if I could drop my refrigerated items off earlier than 2 pm, she said they were already cleaning my cottage , and she messaged my phone to say I was able to check in at midday. Really accommodating and helpful. The grounds are so tranquil and calming, its a great location for wellness/mindfulness or a break from the digital world.
