Price & Cleanliness were subpar
Reviewed By shulla2022The night check in clerk was extremely friendly and busy helping maintain the water and cleanliness as kids and families came in from the pool. However, our pull-out couch mattress had what appeared to be blood stains. No replacement was found, only a thick cover to put over it. The clerk did say she put in for a replacement to be ordered. Only $20 was credited back to me for over $200 for one night when we were using the pullout couch for our sleeping arrangements and no other room was available.

Arrived at hotel at 5pm Went into check in , upon check in we were advised that they were over booked . They didn't have a room available for us. We asked why did they not contact is but was just given an answer that they were too busy They advised us that they booked us into a different hotel about 5 mins drive away. We left as we had a very tired and hungry baby that we needed to sort out We Arrived at this other hotel which was not suitable for our requirements. And unsuitable for a baby. I felt that we were not treated with respect and just they didn't want to know us .

Reviewed By Tamara AFor $200/night I would have expected a little bit more. The hotel was adequate, but there is no mini fridge or microwave. I take medicine that has to be refrigerated, so that was a bit of a problem. Beds were not comfortable at all. The hot water in the shower was hard to regulate -- either scorching hot or ice water. I guess the best thing I can say about this hotel is that the breakfast was good. Kids were running up and down the halls and slamming doors until very late. It was okay for one night, but we won't stay there again. For that much money, we can find better options.

They said we could move to better room which was by THE NOISEY BRIDGE. 4. Hot tub is down :( might be closed for covid. 5. Checked out ROOM WAS SAME PRICE, I HAD TO ARGUE TO FIX IT W LINE BEHIND ME ? EMBARRASSED TO DEATH. 6. I Feel like we were nobody. Plus side the view is beautiful, and the buffet was great. Pool is nice.

Reviewed By Michael sI stayed here with my son for a hockey event. However, the hotel was sold out due to a huge baseball tournament. The public areas and the room was very clean. The staff was attentive and very helpful. We chose this hotel due to the Tesla chargers they had and I would happily stay here again in the future. The stay exceeded my expectations.

Reviewed By catmccabe2022I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and I will never stay there again after they've gotten New Management because they had the hotel at like 50° and the window did not lock and there was hair all over the place and the sheets did not look like they had been changed there was marks on them and also there was dirt all over the floor they didn't even vacuum.

Excelent room for the money
Reviewed By kiloiiHad to stay in Peoria after flights delayed. Chose this hotel by looks and references. Really nice and secure rooms. Very friendly staff. The casino is a short walk away, might get a little chilly or wet at times, but I will stay again if in the Peortia area.

Reviewed By MNtroutWe have stayed at a lot of Fairfield's over the years. This was one of the best. No complaints, friendly and responsive staff, very good breakfast, and slept well. Some of the other Fairfields should visit with the management of this one about doing things right.

Just enough comfort for your needs
Reviewed By yukiglasgowHas the basics: beds, bathroom, wifi, tv, a/c. That's about it and that's about all we needed. Would have been nice though to have a mini fridge and microwave. Places on the other side of the river seemed pricey and since it wasn't too far, decided to stay at Americas Best Value Inn. As it was raining the day I checked in and there's quite a bit of walkway in the lobby to get to the stairs, I feared I was going to slip and fall because the floor was very slippery. (Shiny, bright, clean.) Discovered there's another entrance on the other side of the building much closer to my room so I kept using that instead. Carpeted halls helped prevent falls. (Not as shiny or clean looking.) Side entrance wasn't locked. Room smelled smoky for being a non-smoking room, to the point I worried the hotel would think we smoked. Started talking with the staff as I was checking out as I don't know the town but was trying to find some places; staff was super nice and printed out a map for me.
