Reviewed By travellingchick123Location is really fantastic - just a few minute walk from the beach. I was visiting there in December couple days after Christmas and hotel was pretty full. Rooms were a good size and clean. There is a wellness area included in the package - Jacuzzi, steam room, ice bucket, a pool and one session in a salt cave. Food was really great, most time a buffet and for dinner usually a choice of your dish. The Jacuzzi area is pretty small along with the pool and during busy times there is a wait to get a chance to enjoy it but it seems some people are pretty courteous and will rotate. Staff was overall friendly and helpful. Gym was outdated and needs a "face lift". I would not recommend a room from the street side as it was pretty loud when people were out and about partying. There is parking in front of the hotel. When it's full you can park on the street with just a couple minute walk.

Definetely more a rehabilitation centre than a hotel
Reviewed By Wendy JAn advice would be to only go to this place when you are coming for the rehabilitation centre, because it does not have the feeling as a 3 star hotel property. A few points which I notice during our stay: - We booked an appartment for 4 persons, and we got 4 seperate beds. It was nowhere mentioned what kind of beds we would get. We expected to have 2 x kingsize bed however this was not the case. We had an handicapped bathroom, very big and no shower curtain so as soon as 1 persons showered the whole bathroom was wet. Not very handy. - The cleaning was poorly during our 1 week stay. Only changing of bin bag and renewal of towels. Bedsheets hadn't been changed through our 1 week stay. - Reception was too busy with handling calls/ chatting with friends via the phone / chatting with colleagues that you always had to wait a long time before getting to the person. Not to mention that 2/3 reception ladies were rude and cared more about themselves instead the guest, only the blond short haired lady was nice and treated us as real guests. Overall a poorly visit in this hotel. Benefits were the location (close to the beach), friendly bar personnel, extensive (healthy) buffet and facilities in the hotel.

Excellent place to stay
Reviewed By Dori18I have been positive surprised with this place, location is a bit far from sea side- around 20 minutes walking but anyway we find this place to be almost perfect. There is a playground on the side which is great entertaiment for children. The area is quiet, our apartment has a large terrace with a lovely view. it was really relaxing stay for us. I have to say standard is very high, we love te size of the rooms ( large) and bathroom. Great job Villa nad Zalewem- we will be back and recommend you to others.

Reviewed By Małgorzata BZacznijmy od rezerwacji pobiegła bez problemu wszystko drogą e-mail. Panie z recepcji bardzo pomoce i uprzejme. Ośrodek - dwa place zabaw dla dzieci oraz boisko do siatkówki. Pani animatorka złota dziewczyna szalała jak tylko mogła. Atrakcje - festyn rodzinny z watą cukrowa, popcornem oraz dmuchańce, ognisko z grochówką, pokazy klauna oraz pokazy z ogniem. Teren ośrodka zamknięty wejście na kod - brak piesków. basen - woda dość mocno chlorowana - obecność ratownika - wielki plus. Mieszkaliśmy w dwupokojowym domku (pomieści max 5 osób) - zapach no cóż dało się znieść. Jedzenie śniadania oraz kolacje monotonne ale dzieci nie narzekały, obiady ok (dzieci chętnie jadły) zawsze jakiś podwieczorek. Czy warto pewnie.

Reviewed By Amal150309No wszystko jest pięknie w hotelu, tylko jak jest pogoda, bo plaża, ale jak nie ma, to hotelu za 600 pln za dobę od pary nie ma co robić. I tak tez było w sierpniu- dwa dni w deszczu pozwalały na spędzanie czasu w innych barach, bo mimo wspaniałych śniadań miłej obsługi i bardzo czystych i ładnych pokoi, to nie nic do roboty.

Reviewed By Danuta JDobre usytuowanie obiektu blisko morza. Pokoje z balkonami standardowo wyposażone, oprócz czajnika i ręczników są leżaki i parawan na plażę. Posiłki dobre, personel miły i uczynny kierowany przez sympatyczną właścicielkę - profesjonalistkę.

Fantastyczne miejsce
Reviewed By Barbara WWilla Mandala, to miejsce do którego będziecie chcieli wracać. Wybierając nocleg najważniejsza była dla nas odległość od morza, ale to dopiero początek jej plusów. Prowadzona przez wspaniałych ludzi z pasją i sercem. Pokoje czyściutkie, wyposażone we wszystko co jako goście potrzebowaliśmy mieć pod ręką. To jednak nic w porównaniu do wyposażenia kuchni. Dodatkowo ogromna sala do jogi i biblioteczka. Miejsce przyjazne zwierzakom, więc mój psiak- podpisuje się pod tą opinią odciskiem swojej łapki.
