Reviewed By Baltazar GI spent a really great week here. Absolutely fantastic breakfast! I worked at the hotel most of the time - fast internet connection, a library, a bar and great service made it a perfect spot for remote work. There are also some nice places for lunch and dinner or for a relaxing walk. It's also close to have a ride and visit cities nearby. Loved it!

Single person room size of coat closet
Reviewed By wanderlustsongThe room was acquired on-site, which was cheaper than booking.com. They had me wait a few mins because they had to prepare the room. The single room was tiny, which was not an issue. However, the bed was a sofa-bed and this room was at the very end of the hallway and the door to the room adjacent to mine was literally a set outside my door. The issue with the proximity of the door was that the frequency and loudness of the opening and slamming of the door was so annoying to listen to all night--not sure if this was a staff room as it was literally constant opening/closing of the door. The cherry on top was that they had a bowling alley. Yes! Right inside the hotel. Fun, fun, fun! Except if you're given the room that's directly above the pinsetters and you will have the pleasant sounds of bowling pins meeting their demise every few minutes until they close down the bowling halls. Thank goodness, I have been blessed with the ability to sleep to a lot of things, but that still doesn't negate the annoyance of the noise pollution in this room when I'm not asleep. Cleanliness was great. Bathroom was great. There was a dead/smushed fly on my window. Bed sheets and blankets and pillows were great. I would not stay here again.

Reviewed By mikePolisCyprusPurpose built complex for summer holidays with kids. Stopped here in desperation and received warn welcome. Booked apartment which was clean and adequate. Many of the photos of complex imply luxury but with kids around owners have decided to go for more robust and utility furnishing both in public and rooms Fair choice at breakfast and plenty of it. Lovely and quieter at night but not in the day of course. Lovely maintained grounds. Nothing else around so dine in if you stay

The worst experience
Reviewed By Rambo SCold and stinking room. Toilet brush swimming in previous guest feces. Please save yourself hassle and find something else. Breakfast was ok but service again terrible. I have no other words to describe this mistake

Reviewed By wetlinaHomey atmosphere, we had a stay with breakfasts and dinners: great great food (beware, if you want to lose some weight), amazing soups and vegetarian dishes. The lady cook here is great! Than in the evening relaxing small pool and jacuzzi, after that big pint of beer with a lemon piece or long island tea or ameter of beer. Bartenders are amazing here! Also we have gotten great recommendation what to do and where to go from the receptionist and the bartender (miss and miss Agnieszka). Also it's a great place for visiting many interesting sites (Stolowe Mtns, Prague, Ardspach) or hiking - Masarykova Chata 45 minutes up. Would definitely go back there!

Reviewed By FamiliadaI visited the restaurant. First - huge parking. Then - very nice and climate inside of the restaurant. Next - great food. At the end - absolutely great prices for this food! Highly recommend. I visited this place in my way to Czech Republic with my husband and 10 years old son. They love this place and foot as I am :) Polish food highly recommended.

Reviewed By Andrzej KBy far, the best place to stay in Zieleniec, whether you're travelling wth children or as a couple. It's got everything you need: comfortable and spacey rooms, delicious breakfasts and the main restaurant in the evening serving supersize and tasty meals. The location is right on the slope, you can literally ski in and out of the hotel, then you've got the swimming pool, sauna and the spa (massages of all kinds). I have always been saying that the world is full of beautiful places so I never go back twice to the same place. That rule does not apply to Szarotka though :).

Reviewed By Michael OCame here on a long weekend with my 2 sons and was very pleasantly surprised. The room was a Premium room, not an apartment, but to us it was close enough. A wall separated the area from the adults and the kids. The room was very clean, only one item which could give them five stars was that they don’t make up the room everyday. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Compliments to the Head Chef. Everything was delicious. The pool and spa area were exceptionally clean. The pool itself, the jacuzzi and the sauna. I read the grievances earlier about too much salt in the food and a dirty pool and they must have solved these. We would definitely stay here again!
