Not worth what you pay for.
Reviewed By esearielWe got a "suite", which meant it was a regular room with a terrace (the terrace was nice, tho). It had no night stands, it barely fit the bed (huge, but uncomfortable), and had no fridge in what is a horribly hot town. The shower did not have a shower head, just one thick stream of cold water. The night was quite noisy, from other guests, animals in the hotel (parrots and other birds), and the road. The pool was OK, but its floor was dirty with sand or something else, and most of its space covered with huge floating devices that you are not allowed to remove from the pool in order to enjoy it. The breakfast calentado was good, but there was no coffee available, only orange juice OR chocolate! On top of that, we booked via Booking.com, and they broke the site rules by calling us asking for an advance payment "in case we didn't show up." The price of the "suite" was more expensive than a 4-star hotel in Bogotá or Medellín. We do not recommend staying here.

Great neighborhood by Hacienda Nápoles
Reviewed By JP_y_LPThis hotel and the others are designed to look like Santorini Greece. We stayed in a three level unit with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, a rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi, a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are a few places to eat and a convenience store all within a 2 to 3 minute walk. Hacienda Nápoles it’s less than a 10 minute drive away.

You can enjoy an excellent rest with our room services, breakfast, Wifi, air conditioning and also, use of parking and swimming pool in the Hotel Yahaya without additional cost, thanks to the great agreement with this hotel. And you do not have to worry about transportation between the 2 hotels! Santa Clara has a motorcycle car that will transport you between these tours.
