Hotel Edelweiss DavosRelax where tradition and modern spirit, enjoyment and well-being, cordiality and hospitality meets. Are you taking part in a congress, are you coming for skiing or snowboarding or do you simply want to spend a few relaxing days in fresh mountain air? Whatever the reason for your stay in Davos is – our hotel is the right accommodation for you! The Edelweiss is centrally located but nonetheless a very quiet place. Our hotel offers an ideal starting point for any sports and cultural activities Davos provides.
I can't comment on the quality of the hotel other than to say that check your booking VERY carefully before you make it because if you have to cancel you likely won't get a penny back. I booked with a room to stay there in October and realised a few days later that it stated it was non refundable (so my mistake). I contacted the hotel immediately I discovered this and had to change my travel plans (covid restrictions) and they just spouted some BS that those are the rules, tough. Given the difficult circumstance for both the travel industry and travellers the last 20 months you'd think they would have a slightly more customer focused outlook but no, they'd rather just take your money and shaft you. IMHO, I think that complete lack of customer care is best avoided and denounced. I would not stay there if someone paid me to. The meeting will be rescheduled but I will 100% be avoiding this profit focused, money first, customer last enterprise.

Stylish and legendary: the Steigenberger Grandhotel Belvédère combines the traditional charm of a Grand Hotel with the exclusive comfort of a modern building. Located centrally at Davos Platz, the guest can not only spend a fascinating winter holiday in the Steigenberger - it is also possible to enjoy a varied sporting holiday in summer. After skiing or a long walk, relax in the hotel's own wellness area with its sauna, steam bath and its spacious bathing landscape. The town in Graubünden is particularly famous for the World Economic Forum which is held there every year in January and for which the Steigenberger Grandhotel caters for the guests' culinary wishes. As far as conference planning is concerned, our staff can always be counted on to provide creative ideas, such as, for example, a day's meeting in an alpine chalet. And for our holiday guests our staff always has special holiday tips for events in the skiing and holiday region of Davos Klosters.
Hotel Belvedere is a beautiful hotel with a rich history. Staff is very professional and helpful, rooms are big and very clean (they been cleaned twice a day). Food is good, although restaurant are ‘too fancy’ for dinner with small kids. There is also a nice playroom too. Hotel needs ASAP wheelchair/stroller access! That’s the main flaw that of the hotel. It would be nice if there is some questioner where guests can leave some feedback. We had a wonderful stay with two small kids ,we would happily come again.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with all the needed amenities and very close to the cross-country skiing slopes. 10min walk to shops and grocery stores (main street of the village). Safe and quiet location. The perfect spot!

The 2012 opened Hilton Garden Inn Davos is located at the heart of the Swiss Alps in the superb destination Davos/Klosters. At 1560 metres above sea level Davos is actually the highest City in Europe. With its superb 320 km of ski runs it is a dream resort in Winter, indeed also in Summer with its endless sporting and cultural possibilities.
Spacious, quiet room, welcoming receptionists, all was fine. And also, central location, close to bus and train station. I see no reason to write two hundred words when one hundred should suffice, ah well, done .-)

Hard Rock Hotel Davos combines the power of music with the beauty of the Swiss alps to create an unforgettable experience. No matter what brings you to Davos, you’ll never want to leave once you immerse yourself into the Hard Rock lifestyle. We’re the perfect place for vacation getaways, corporate meetings and retreats, and lavish destination weddings .
I did have worries about staying in the Hard Rock Hotel. It’s not your everyday hotel brand and the association with american tourism doesn’t really help it in this case. But the price was right, the location was excellent and the hotel provided an excellent base from which to snowboard my way through four days. The room isn’t large, in fact, there was barely enough room for a small desk (in the entrance area) and a sitting chair which had to be moved if I wanted to use the yoga mat (provided for free on request). But there was a large balcony with a view of two mountains, and lots of light. There’s no fridge but you can ask for a water kettle and buy your own tea and coffee. The best part of the room, after the balcony, is the bathroom – it is spacious, very modern. There is even a heated towel rack which can be used for clothes too. One plus of the hotel is that there is a small pool (its only 10 meters, so don’t plan on laps) and a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. After ski, this is excellent for repair (almost as good as a Japanese onsen) .You do have to book a slot in advance, but I didn’t have any issues as this was low season. I could see it getting busy in high season. There is a ski storage room with lockers, and the hotel location, a few steps from the Promenade, is perfect. It was a good choice for a short spring ski break.

This hotel is located about 10km away from Davos, up the mountains in a tiny old village. The room is simply equipped in rusty wooden way, very clean and comes with a nice balcony. We booked half-board which is highly recommended considering the restaurant prices in Switzerland. Food was excellent and was served by attentive staff - one evening they even served us the typical Swiss cheese fondue. Summarized we enjoyed our stay very much and if coming to Davos again this hotel definitely would be our first choice.

The hotel is located just off the Center near the railway and if you open the windows since there is no air conditioning, it’s a little noisy in the morning. But apart of that the beds are comfortable the staff are nice and welcoming, there’s free parking, breakfast is great and the shower is fantastic
