Reviewed By Resort43840372251I had most unpleasant experience with this Hotel. As a five star hotel I’m expecting friendly services and great environment. But the conditions of the room l’ve stayed in was poor, bed sheet has a huge stain on it and after I complained about it so many time tried so many calls they finally changed it. It was my first time to Dalian, trying to enjoy my holiday there but it got all ruined. I hoped they can find a way to improve the qualities.

Reviewed By pamjapanThe hotel is large with a pool and gym. I was in an apartment room type which had its own full kitchen and washing machine. This was excellent when on business for a week .Breakfast was varied with an egg station and western and Asian choices. The staff spoke English, Chinese and Japanese which was helpful. The hotel is joined to a department store ,the lower floors have food and upper clothes. Across from the Dalian department store is a luxurious mall with high end shops. There are many restaurants on the upper floors. Its easy to walk to the Dalian railway station from the hotel. The hotel is located across from a park ,so its good for a morning walk. I really liked this hotel for its convenience to everything and the staff who were always so polite.

I have been a regular guest at the resort ever since its opening in 2018. This time I booked the stay to celebrate my father's 60th birthday and I wanted it to be perfect. Your staff have made the stay one of our most unforgettable trips ever. In particular, Diana Wang, Jason Yang and Irisa Wang have been very helpful and responsive ever since the reservation process. They tried their best to accommodate our preferences and managed to prepare a beautifully decorated room even when my parents arrived earlier than the scheduled check in time. Moreover, Xiaozhu Lv at the onsite Chinese restaurant Qingya, greeted us warmly every time in person and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with the food and service. As a loyal Hilton customer, I have visited a number of Hilton sites around the world and I am very confident to say that Hilton Dalian Golden Pebble Beach Resort is top-notch. We have already decided to return for this year's Spring Festival, which will be less than one month from now.

Reviewed By MashgiachI arrived about 9:30 after my flight was canceled no one around to help with my luggage the receptionist gave me a hard time service was very bad. The rooms are tired old and outdated the executive lounge is closed can’t rate the service as breakfast because there was no service no seating no offer of coffee just fend for yourself attitude.

Great stay at a great price in a prime location in Dalian
Reviewed By ChewInRII recently stayed 4 nights the Aloft Dalian hotel. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city just off of Zongshan square, and I was pleased with how good the location was. The hotel was great for walking around, and there are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby including a Starbucks around the corner. The hotel is about a 30 min ride from the airport depending on traffic, and not too far from the high speed motorway. The hotel is a big modern building and you have the take the elevator up the lobby, which is pretty common in China. My check-in was fast and friendly and I found the front desk staff spoke good English. The lobby is large and modern and decorated in the younger trendy style of all Aloft hotels. That means funky furniture, constant music, and lots of bright colors. But I really like it. My room was on the 30th floor, and was very comfortable. The room wasn't huge, but was perfect for me for this business trip. I was worried about being on the top floor that the room would be too warm in the winter when the heat was going (as I've seen in other reviews), but I found the individual temp controls in my room worked perfectly and kept the room cool and comfortable for sleeping. The king bed was huge and actually one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I've had in a hotel in a while. I slept great! The room was very clean (although there were a lot of stains in the carpet, overall the room was really clean). The bathroom had a nice big walk in shower and had all of the toiletries you would need for a comfortable stay. The room had key items like slippers and a really great bathrobe, and there was a safe for valuables. They room had an umbrella to use for free which came in handy as it rained quite hard during my trip. There was a "mini-bar" but it just had sodas. The TV did have a couple of English language channels including BBC news and HBO, however the picture quality was not HD and was quite poor. In the morning the breakfast area can get a little busy, but there is a decent selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. Honestly, I found the Chinese dishes good, especially the chef making egg and veggie pancakes, but the western stuff wasn't very good. The breads were all VERY stale and hard. My only other complaint is that the Wifi in my room was painfully slow and was hard to hold a connection. The wifi worked fine when in the lobby so maybe it was just where my room was located? For the price paid, I highly recommend the Aloft Dalian. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Level of cleanliness is not especially high, with dusty surfaces and hair and food refuse on the carpet. Wifi signal is strong enough but drops out frequently. Gym equipment is dated and felt unreliable in use. When I booked, room description noted the inclusion of a window. It wasn't until I checked-in that I discovered the deception: these were clerestory windows, set up near the roof line to let in light and air and not for viewing. Very quiet and good sleep. Had little interaction with staff apart from check-in/check-out, but they were friendly and helpful. Decent location with plenty of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Convenient access to airport via one subway line. Might stay here again, but likely to look elsewhere.

There are scammer, they offer free ride but will empty your wallet when purchasing tickets to visit different places. They don’t have any relationship with the hotel, they just rented the place and pretend there are in partnership with the hotel.
