Easy to get information from them. We booked deluxe room, garden view, so impressive able to see several mountains. The roof top bar and restaurant view is very nice and can relax with the happy hour.

Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and, above all, clean. You’ll find everything you need for the breakfast to start your day, including the welcoming staff. Unfortunately, you’ll not see the genuine Thai smile because of the masks, that I fully approve for the sake of all. Now, Thai people smile with the eyes. All facilities are top: swimming pool, gym, restaurant near the river. Please, do not miss the Spa. Finally, the staff: always ready to assist you with sympathy. Well trained. If you come to Chiang Rai, not Chiang Mai, chose this resort.

I love a good Western breakfast before a day of exploring, but the closest breakfast was 1 kilometer away. On the second day, we were obliged to change rooms because of a leak in the ceiling. The maintenance staff was kind and obliging, but the management lacking--at least on April 19-23, 2023.

Reviewed By jazsacherI enjoyed my brief stay at the B2 Chiang Rai Hotel. The room was clean, the wifi was acceptable, and the aircon was stable & comfortable. What I enjoyed most about the room was the shower which offered very hot water which was a rarity for me in staying at this level of hotel. I also found the staff to be polite and efficient when checking in and out. I would absolutely stay here again if given the chance.

No service, no relax and noisy hotel
Reviewed By nida4583My name is Nida, I stayed at De Hug hotel on 29 Oct - 02 Nov for 4 nights. Hotel is beautiful and clean. But service is very poor. They assigned our room in front of elevator which is noisy all the day. On the top floor of my room, can heard the walking step very loud. In the room has the small balcony which they install the air condition coil next to the bedroom. When compressor working, it's make a noise again. I want come here to relax but I can't sleep. I asked front desk to change room. They never try to looking the new room and said only we are fully booked. I come to Chiang Rai 2 times a year. I will not choose this hotel any more.

Convenient Location but Still Quiet
Reviewed By chtown2017The hotel is located on the main highway across from Central mall and next to Big C. Even being on the main road it’s still quiet. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are nice and lots of space. They are decorated nicely. Water and coffee/tea series free but they are other minibar items in the room at a cost. The breakfast is included and buffet style. The cable TV is Thai language only. There are no foreign language channels. The is a pool and gym. The gym is small and needs some attention because at least one of the machines was broken. Overall it’s a nice hotel.

Reviewed By JitrinhA quaint hotel with a nice quiet area surrounding us. We got one of the renovated rooms which felt comfy and very inviting. The bathroom was our favorite part, as it was spacy and it seemed like they really thought about the design to appeal to their guests. The bedroom also had an outdoor patio which was nice. The breakfast was also quite good. It was also easy to walk to other locations for shops or eating. The only downsides we had that since we were close to the pool, we could hear children playing at 6:30 hrs, which I think is too early for the pool to open. Also, the staff did not give us Wi-Fi passwords, but it was OK because we weren't in the room too often. But overall, an amazing place to stay!

Nearby cat cafe, night bazaar and market, restaurants, massages and bus station. Forgot one of my items of clothing at the hotel and they were kind enough to mail it to my hotel in Bangkok for me to pick up. Quality service.

Great design at a good price
Reviewed By Nina_Blackthe hotel’s design with its open layout, wooden & metal components makes for an industrial but very comfortable interior and exterior. The pool and small garden are kept in good condition and there is always simebody sweeping the grounds. the room was spacious and offered aircon, fridge, tv, toiletries, a large bottle of water per day and a comfy bed. I missed storage such a wardrobe ir drawers and a safe as well as a chair/armchair in the room. The bathroom in comparison was tiny and one if the typical “sit on the wc while showering and brushing your teeth” Thai bathroom where everything gets wet. This is not problematic in general but the entire hotel had such a modern design that I was surprised to find such a mini bathroom. There was no shelf to leave your toiletries and the sink was slso very small and didn’t offer space for more tgsn a toothbrush. Wifi was available in all areas. Breakfast was buffet style with an egg dish/pancake freshly prepared per person. The staff was very friendly but was totally flustered when asked a question in English.
