On the whole, the Holiday Inn is a good property and an example of the newer Holiday Inn designs. If I had to guess it's about 3-4 years old. The name, however, is a little misleading. The hotel isn't really located in the Denver Tech Center. It's in Centennial, about 1 mile from the Centennial airport. It should be called Holiday Inn Centennial Airport. Staff were polite and well-intended, but few and far between for a full-service hotel. I only saw one front desk attendant working. There didn't appear to be a houseman or even a manager on duty after a certain time. Housekeepers left around 3 pm. So if there were any issues in the room at check-in, it was a scramble for the front desk to resolve. One waitress worked in the bar. At breakfast, she struggled with the morning rush. First room had pubic hair on and under the toilet seat. Some black marks on bedding. Called front desk. She said she would call me back. She never did and there was a shift change. One hour later I call the front desk and the new person didn't know anything. She moved me to a suite. Suite had hair from shaving in the sink, pubic hair on the toilet seat, and two red stains on bedding. She apologized and moved me back to the original room after housekeeping properly cleaned it and she inspected it. It wasn't even 4 pm but the general manager had left and no other manager was on duty. She offered 1,000 IHG points, which I politely declined. Later, she informed me that the GM approved several thousand more points, which was adequate. However, the GM never contacted me even though I twice emailed him. The water machines and fountains in the gym didn't work. TV system in gym doesn't work also. The remote controls operate all of TVs, not just yours. Obviously that's an issue if multiple people are working out and watching TV. There were magazines in the gym, but they were from 2019. I appreciated having a free newspaper every day even if it was USA Today (Denver newspaper would be better). That's something many hotels have eliminated. So kudos to the hotel. The gift shop/pantry with some Colorado-themed postcards and tourist gifts was also nice. Breakfast was slow due to one person working and lots of rush between 6 and 7 AM from business travelers/road warriors. Breakfast was basic but fine. The communal ketchup dispensers on every table weren't being sanitized or cleaned between guests. No water or juice was served with breakfast. They should have menus in the room. Didn't know what the bar had for drinks or dinner at night. No promotion. A meager 10% or 15% discount may have kept me on-property instead of going to a bar/restaurant outside the hotel. Considering the number of hotels within the immediate area, I probably wouldn't return unless the rate was really good. I think the hotel can't decide whether it's a limited-service hotel with a bar/restaurant or a full-service hotel. Right now, it felt more like a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn with a bar.

Really enjoyed my first ever stay at a Drury property. Lisa at the front desk was easy to communicate with and very accommodating when I showed up after hours to check in. She took into account our needs and upgraded us to a suite. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the daily happy hour (3 free drinks + food) from 5:30pm-7pm and the always available tea, coffee & soda. Pool & hot tub areas were also clean. Will look into Drury for future trips.

Room was extremely clean. The hotel is located at the bottom of a small hill where there isn't very much development right now, so it was very quiet. It feels as if you are out of the city, but just up the hill you feel like you're back in the city. There is a Top Golf in walking distance, and IKEA is about 5 minutes away across the interstate.

Hair, hair all over the bathroom! In the sink, in the tub, on the floor, on the clean towels, in the freakin bathroom plug in! Just disgusting. Grab and go breakfast was coffee. No food. People left trash in the hallways and elevator...even an empty baggie of Marijuana! Other than that...the beds were comfy, the A/C worked and so did the TV.

Poor Customer Service! Manager literally argued about owing money and repeatedly continued to charge my card on file. Luckily, I lock my card when I travel. After showing my bank app to the manager that payment did in fact go through on my end, she continued to argue saying " her system" shows differently. The hotel held my belongings and would not allow me to get important documents I needed for a court hearing I had the following morning. Ended up having to call corporate office, to which they were unable to help me retrieve my documents before court; even if I paid what they said I owed because the night guy doesn't have access to where my belongings were supposedly locked up . Worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I had left my phone number two times throughout the day trying to get somebody to call me back nobody has called me back they claim that my information isn't attached to my reservation when I am a diamond member I've never had any other Hilton Hotels not be able to contact me so I feel like they were targeting me because I do have nice things to which I never got back. Warning to stay away from this scandalous hotel!

This location features apartment-style suites with free super fast Wi-Fi, in-room kitchens with full-size refrigerators, two burner stovetop, and plenty of cabinet space for all your items. On-site amenities include 24/7 gym and laundry room. Plus, our affordable monthly, weekly, and nightly rates are perfect for any length of stay!
The very large lady at the front would not check me in because I had a service animal, WITH ALL THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION. She kept asking "what is he for, seizures?" then she just said no, I won't check you in. Please review your laws. That is discrimination and illegal. We checked in to the Marriott down the street they didn't even ask for his service animal card, but I always provide it, and had no issues at all.

Bare Bones Hotel. We travel with a dog, and usually at a Choice Hotel property, which can sometimes land you in a Patel Hotel. Some are ok, while most are not, but hey dog people can’t be too picky. This hotel is dog friendly, and very clean. They actually clean the floors. Our bed was comfy, and the appliances all worked. However, there is cooking surface, but no pots, etc. No coffee maker or lobby coffee. No ice machine, but two small trays, so if you are expecting to have a cocktail after a long drive, forget about it. No one is ever at the front desk, so you better have a cel phone to call a number posted at the front desk. Wi-Fi is tricky and only 2 devices are free. You have to ask for shampoo, but the shower is awesome. We won’t stay in a Woodspring again, but there is a value if on a budget, which we were not.
