Breakfast buffet was all right. Staff was well trained, showing their hospitality. Check out was very quick. FOM lady was very polite.

Reviewed By yogitravel_frenchHôtel très calme et spacieux, une équipe très accueillante et un bon service. Là chambre est calme et très propre. Petit bémol, la piscine n'est pas chauffée et l'hôtel est assez loin du centre touristique. Nous recommandons cet arrêt.

Reviewed By Christian075Attention l'adresse indiquée ici par Trip Advisor n'est pas la bonne. 22Land Residence hotel 2 se situe 2 Nguyễn Đình Hoàn, Nghĩa Đô, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội, Viêt Nam, quasiment à l'angle de l'avanue HOÀNG QUỐC VIỆT. Parmi les atouts de cet hôtel : une (très) petite piscine sur le toit, une bonne insonorisation qui réduit considérablement le bruit de la circulation, des chambres confortables. Il faut savoir toutefois qu'il est situé à environ 5 km du vieil Hanoï. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est servi que le samedi et le dimanche. Autrement, il est très spartiate, mais il est difficile de se plaindre du fait du tarif très attractif. Les réceptionnistes sont très sympathiques. La wifi fonctionne très bien. Comme j'y suis retourné pour quatre nuits, la semaine suivant mon premier séjour, j'ai été surclassé.

Good place , center of hanoi city. Far from airport about 40 km. Our rooms are luxury including breakfast . We have a better price between 25-40 usd . Our hotel near Grand Plaza, Marriot hotel and kangnam land mark 72. Welcome all!

Reviewed By Ange1107We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and did not hesitate to book again for an overnight stay in Hanoi. Jasmyne organised our Halong Bay Cruise with sea life cruises which was amazing. The staff at ruby hotel go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Although we only stayed one night we were welcomed back like old friends after our cruise and were able to make use of their shower and lounge while waiting for our train to sapa. A BIG thank you to Isabella, Simon for delicious lunch and dinner recommendations and to Andy for escorting us there. Can not recommend it highly enough.
