The ibis Delemont hotel, which is non-smoking throughout, is located right in the heart of the city, just 2 minutes' walk from the train station and 5 minutes' drive from the industrial park. It has 76 air-conditioned rooms (5 of which are suitable for people with reduced mobility) and 2 suites, all with Wi-Fi access. We also offer a terrace, a bar, a 24-hour snack service, a free car park and free Wi-Fi access in the bar and the lobby.
As usual, an Ibis is an Ibis, clean and with what one needs. I did however, greatly appreciate the friendliness of the desk receptionist that particular evening. Very helpful Thurs. the 2nd of July! Thanks to her.

Idyllic terrace at the edge of the Doubs river trout with herbs Double rooms all comfort pure Nature

Delemont, the capital of Switzerland's newest canton, formed in 1979, has a population of 12,000 and a pretty, baroque Old Town, containing numerous statuetted fountains, narrow streets and secluded rear courtyards. Visit the imposing, baroque castle, once the summer residence of the ruling bishops of Basle. The magnificent wide open spaces of the surrounding Jura landscape are an inviting location for adventurous sports activities: rambling, cycling, horse-riding, canoeing, etc.
Families with kids can have a perfect stay with outdoor activities included and enjoy a wide range of activities in the region. Hikes, bike rides, small lake, pocket knife factory, Saturday food market, etc. The old part of town is worth visiting and the are a number of restaurants to choose from. The youth hostel was a positive surprise with rooms for 3, 6 or more persons, possibly also other types of rooms. Showers/toilets are share, as to be expected in such a place. One can have dinner as well if one books in advance. We will return...to discover more.

Charming place in the Jura countryside, the young couple of Chefs Lucie & Kevin are glad to welcome you in this fully renovated farm. Here are harmonized old stones'authenticity with the discovery of a creativ cuisine, subtle and delectable. A few comfortable rooms will provide you a quiet stay in an idyllic setting.
We did visit this hotel on a mountain bike trip in October, the hotel is quite small but very well maintained. The people are very friendly and the rooms are modern and very well equipped. The restaurant is small but offers a small number of meals all very fresh and homemade with very decent prices. The small museum in the basement is also quite an experience and well worth a visit. If you like to go and visit other places during the evening it is recommended to have a car. Overall we did enjoy our visit and we can certainly highly recommend it.

It is the place, when you are in the Cantone Jura. The owner Toinette and her husband are excellent hosts; they are generous and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is a dream, serving all local products. Each room has a nice personal touch with small details and of course, the room is very clean. We felt us like visiting an old friend.

Easy check-in, the room was clean and as expected/described. Perfect base for exploring the area. Very friendly staff. When I visited, the main street in the village had construction, so access/parking was limited.

Stayed for one night with a friend. We arrived after the kitchen had closed, but they were happy enough to whip up some delicious sandwiches which we happily devoured after a long day. Since we are both photographers, we wanted to get out super early to shoot the sunrise at the lake "Etang de la gruere". Not a problem, the room key also opens the front door. Very clean place, comfy beds, spacious rooms, and delicious basic breakfast. The price is very fair we found, and the location couldn't be better. The friendliness of the people there just puts a nice finishing touch on a perfect stay. Very happy to come back in the future.

The rooms are large and plain, dated in style - say 1960s or 70s, but clean and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Large bathroom, a little tired, with two deep metal washbowls; plenty of shower gel, a small tablet of soap, separate toilet. I am used to a firm bed so the one here felt a bit soft, as did the pillows, but I slept well. Minibar; the prices are quite high, e.g. 4francs for a small bottle of mineral water, but in line with the rest of Switzerland. Large and modern TV, free wifi. Excellent self-service breakfast with plenty of choice including boiled eggs, cheese and ham, squeeze-it-yourself fresh orange juice. The restaurant staff were also smiling and friendly and the food was very good - we had a mixed salad, pan-fried fish (daurade) and belle-hélène dessert. Handy for walking to the town centre. One of our party tried out the spa and had no complaints. My room overlooked a side road so there was some traffic during the night but nothing heavy.

I stayed in the Dependance "Tourelle du Mouton" 2 Minutes from the main building. It was a wonderful experience spending a night in a 16th century tower that once housed salt barrels. The spiral stairwell still smells of salt. A beautiful example of renovation. A richly historic building with modern, clean, minimalistic interiors. All staff members were so warm and accommodating. A very late check-in was no problem at all since the key amd door code were given to me in advance.
