Agriturismo Gessi has a restaurant with typical Sicilian cuisine and local produce. Has a capacity of 15 beds on three triple rooms one double and a family studio with four beds. Is located on a hillside with a wonderful and exclusive view of the temple of Segesta. Great support for excursions to the area, San Vito Lo Capo 40km, Erice and Trapani 30km and 15km to the castellammare.
This is a relatively modern enterprise. The rooms are spacious and look out via a shared balcony onto a distant view of the Temple of Segesta , and to the hills beyond. So very picturesque. The host was very welcoming, and his evening meals are good value for money and based on traditional Sicilian cuisine. He is a very charming host. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. We used it as a centre for visiting Erice, the reserve at Zangora and of course to visit the Temple at Segesta itself. To get a 5 star review it needs just a little more attention to detail in terms of internal decoration - its perhaps a little austere. BEWARE - do not attempt to use Google Directions to find this place. You will end up in very difficult circumstances !

The B&B "The suite of Segesta" is set in a large farmhouse on the slopes of Mount Barbaro of Segesta on which stands the ancient Greek theater and the Doric temple. The B & B is about 800 mt from the entrance to the Archaeological Park of Segesta and is a good stopping point for tourists who are fond of archeology and nature. In addition, the particular location of the B & B in the center of the
This rural property is a one story house with a large family/breakfast room and an outdoor swimming pool. Our bedroom had its own bathroom and was fairly comfortable. The breakfast was adequate with two coffee machines, juice, ham, cheese and pastries. This B&B feels quite isolated and serene at night, We were reluctant to drive the dark country roads at night but were pleased with pizza delivery from a nearby restaurant. It was a very large, tasty pizza and the price was reasonable. The owners spoke Italian, French and a little English. They were a nice young couple.

As with most of the Mediterranean region, you can visit Italy and find the definite lingerings of the early Greeks. This is a well Maintained temple. I dare say, even more well kept than some in Greece that I saw. Not much to do other than visit the temple but if you are in the area, it’s worth a look. There is a souvenir, cafe, and restroom stop there so that is a nice perk.

Located in Calatafimi, 9 km from Segestan Hot Waters and 7 km from Segesta Archaeological Park, La Dimora Segesta B&B provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a shared lounge and a terrace. There is a private bathroom with bidet and a hairdryer in each unit, along with free toiletries.
We stayed with Roberto in April 2022 for one night and would absolutely recommend his B&B. The room was exceptionally clean and Roberto is such a responsive, attentive host. He would also help us park our car in front of the building. We particularly enjoyed the rich breakfast (we could pick between sweet and savoury), with homemade jams and olives.

Guicy and Guiseppe are incedible hosts with a perfectly situated B&B. Their kindness is legendary and their love and passion for what they do is extraordinary. We loved every minute of our time with them and their place. It’s so close to the temple and yet remote enough to be situated within olive trees over looking the “nipple” that the Gods threw down. Guicy is a great chef as well as the owner. Breakfast is a smogesboard of delicious items often served on the terrace over looking the mountains. The coffee is so delicious! Be sure to add on dinner at least one night when you are there! You won’t be disappointed! We can’t wait to return.

The atmosphere created by a XIX century private house, which is only 10 minutes far away from the archaeological site of Segesta, a wonderful place, where simplicity, sensuality and functionality gather together, offering the happiness of moments made of total relax and harmony. It has been ascribed by the Province of Trapani Department of National Heritage and Culture among the "Historical and environmental goods of Sicily
This hotel is an old farm beautifully converted in a 4 - 41/2 star hotel. It is not set by the sea which is actually an advantage. You have to want to go there and the intention will be rewarded in every way. The hotel belongs to a family including a retired doctor and his wife who have handed over the reins to their welcoming daughter and her husband. The first impression on arrival is the scale of the premises until one remembers that barns had high ceilings. The main reception is an enormous tented internal courtyard about 100ft square (?) which serves as an area for dining in the summer and large events. A double door in cast iron leads outside to an large terrace and swimming pool. There is another high ceilinged enclosed dining room where breakfast is served and probably other meals during the winter months. The overwhelming feeling is one of space. The hotel rooms are named after flowers and are of different sizes with bathrooms en suite. My bed was extremely comfortable and the room included every facility. We ate every evening at the hotel and can only applaud the considerate and attentive service and the sophisticated (but never pretentious) cuisine. Afte a long day out, we looked forward to returning to the hotel for supper. All in all I would recommend the hotel without hesitation to visitors looking for accommodation of high standard, a family atmosphere and some distance from the crowds. The hotel rooms are

Hotel, restaurant and bar, 6 km from Segesta, in the midst of a pine forest, in front of the obelisk which commemorates the battle of a thousand partisans of 15 May 1860 and at the foot of an old medieval castle. At the center of the province of Trapani, in less than half an hour away, are just the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and cultural area such as the theater and the temple of Segesta, visible from the property, Erice, Scopello, the beach of Castellammare, Selinunte, the spa area, and much more, making a few kilometers more, you can reach the valley of the Temples in Agrigento, Monreale, Palermo, Marsala, Sciacca, etc.. Quiet, economical and clean, the hotel "Millepini" is the ideal place to reconcile with the history, culture and nature.
Millepini is on top of a hill overlooking a valley and the Segesta temple a few miles away. Our room on the 2nd floor had 2 beds, plenty of space, and a balcony. The only negative was the tiny shower space with a skimpy plastic curtain. In the evening we did not want to look around town for a place to eat so we settled on the Millipini's restaurant on the ground floor and we were surprised at the good quality of the meal. They have a 'touristic menu' but we chose to order from their regular menu and had pasta, salad, good bread, and 1/2 liter of local red wine. The next morning we drove to the Segesta Archeological site. You must park in a lot well below the site and take a shuttle bus back to the ticket booth (luckily we arrived on Sunday so it was free). The temple is up one hill and the amphitheater up another, and for the amphitheater they provide a shuttle. This was my favorite temple and second favorite amphitheater of our Sicilian trip. To our surprise, breakfast was included in the price of the room: cappuccino, pastry, melon, persimmon, plums. Our next stop was Monreale to see the cathedral (for the mosaics). We paid 5 euros to park and walked around the cloisters that are attached to the cathedral, waiting for the duomo to open to visitors. The cloisters are marvelous because each of the many columns is carved differently (we walked around 3 times to try to see all the images). The mosaics in the cathedral are wonderful beyond my description.

Under any standard. I was not in the hotel: some friends took me and my family there for an evening bath in the thermal pool and a pizza for dinner. It was very cheap (15 euro each), but even so the price is extremely overstated. The pool was old and dirty, pizza was from the supermarket, an aberration in Italy.
