At first it seemed nice until you walk through a little more. The floors in the lobby area, and hallway were not clean, and there was a hole in the ceiling in the lobby area. My pet peeve is clean floors. The room was okay. Bed a little uncomfortable, but seem clean for the most part.

After 4-5 nights, I checked out and switched to a different hotel. I payed for the premium room which should include fast internet. Absolutely adequate on day one, but by the end, it was soo unreliable and intermittent, that I was using my phone as a hotspot. SUMMARY: LOUSY INTERNET. The “gym” is really just a treadmill and an elliptical. The TV screens on both broken. Honestly wouldn’t have been an issue if I’d been able to use my iPad… but the internet couldn’t handle it. AND THE GYM AC DIDN’T WORK THE WHOLE TIME. The thermostats listed the temp in there at 89 degrees… The premium rate should have included daily snacks and refreshment, but after a few days of no snacks (and no room service), I realized I should just switch hotels. On the positive, I did have plenty of space with an outdated living room and functional kitchen. Very poorly stocked kitchen without even a can opener, but I was still able to heat up leftovers without an issue. Another positive is location. Was close the busy 71st St, but still quiet.

We had another great stay at the Townplace Suites in Broken Arrow. We were cheerfully greeted by Yvette, who welcomed us back, checked us in efficiently, and got us the extra towels we always need. Our room was spotless as always, and the king bed was comfortable. We didn’t hear a bit of noise from the adjoining rooms. The next day we decided to stay an additional day, and Natalie quickly helped us with that, as well as with another day’s extra towels. We next met Myles, an energetic man who was able to ensure that we got the same room we had been staying in. We needed a late checkout, and Natalie and Lauren both insured that we could do so. At checkout, Lauren wished us a good trip. The breakfast each morning was prepared by Christine, who refills the gravy for the biscuits, the sausage, and the eggs, as well as the Belgian waffle mix, oatmeal, etc. All of the staff put out the maximum effort to make sure our needs are met. We won’t stay anywhere else when we visit family in the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area.

I booked three rooms for my family based on value and location. We stayed on New Years Eve 2021 and New Years day 2022 to have Christmas with extended family in Coweta. A few issues, after showering the first morning our tub would not drain. Told front desk and they did rectify the situation. The property could use some updating, especially the bathroom. NOTE the bathroom is tub and toilet and VERY SMALL kind of hard to dry off, and change clothes. Sink is in the room area by the door. In my son's room their refrigerator did not work. Also, my daughter in law had a small roach on her coat. Breakfast is a Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese biscuit or croissant that you need to microwave, a breakfast nutrition bar and a bottle of water. My daughter is gluten intolerant and she could not eat hers. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Next year we may choose a bit newer property.

I took my grandchildren to have a fun getaway at the hotel and swimming. This was by far the nastiest place ever. The bathroom and carpets were filthy. The pool is so tiny...and no towels! Never again!

Our overnight at this hotel was uneventful until we went to sleep and discovered a defective mattress. In room 128, the left side of the mattress had a large and deep gouge which made laying on this portion of the bed uncomfortable. The edges of the gouge were hard. We informed the front desk about this issue. The attendant offered some points for our inconvenience, but nothing has happened for this recompense. Picture of the damaged mattress is included with this review. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance on a somewhat hilly terrain: Oklahoma Joe's BBQ and Steak n Shake. Also, there is a Bass Pro Shop down the hill that is within walking distance SUMMARY PROS: + Location + Ample breakfast included + Miniature golf on premise + Free Wi-Fi CONS: - Defective mattress in room 128

Smoke free facility with heated indoor pool and hot breakfast.
I can only rate this stay as “meh”. The room was acceptable for the price paid - fixtures were worn and there were cigarette burns in the bedspread. The continental breakfast was totally inadequate - the only items available other than waffle batter and sausage patties were some overripe bananas and a few prepackaged danishes. No cereal, bread for toast, bagels, yogurt, etc. It appears that breakfast options at many hotels have really gone downhill since Covid. Disappointing.

Offering 177 beautiful guest rooms and suites that provide a warm woodsy feel and modern rustic decor. As the newest addition to the Stoney Creek Hospitality portfolio— this location offers six different lodging styles, ranging from expanded king rooms to family bunk bed suites. Our resort-like amenities include complimentary hot breakfast, parking, high-speed WIFI, heated indoor/outdoor pool, and access to our Blind Buffalo Pour House. With 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, this is the perfect location for large conventions, business meetings, weddings, and social gatherings.
Okay positive first - the hotel is fairly clean Except for the moldy shower curtains. Beds are pretty comfortable and the ac works well. Plenty of pillows and the room is a decent size. Just make sure your room doesn’t face the turnpike/main road or you will listen to traffic all night and all day. The room should come with ear plugs and an industrial sized fan to block some of the noise. We both load awake all night listening to trucks and loud stereos Ike we were parked at a truck stop. Better insulated windows might also help. The front desk people working during the day were rude. Both women would have rather died than say hello, goodbye or can I help you. The only friendly people we encountered were housekeeping and probably because they only have to clean your room if you stay at least three nights. So if you need extra towels etc or trash emptied - good luck. The breakfast is horrible. The selection is bad, the quality is bad. You get the feeling that no one is really happy to be working there and it shows. Not great for folks working in the service industry. We won’t be back - noisy room, lousy food and horrible customer experience.
