You are welcome in the oldest republic in the world. Garden Village Hotel San Marino is situated on a hillside, you can see a big part of the Adriatic coast of Rimini. It consists of 35 chalets nestled within a natural environment that makes it the ideal place to spend a relaxing and at the same time active and funny holiday.Due to its location you can easily reach the nearby cities like San Leo, Gradara, Urbino and the major theme parks of the Riviera such as Italy in Miniature, Mirabilandia and Aquafan.
Based on the facilities, I would imagine that this property is amazing in peak season. Unfortunately things are different right now. There is no bar, no restaurant and no shop. So no food or drink is available. Considering the property is in the middle of no where, half way up a mountain, this is seriously restrictive. The staff are great and did their best for us (particularly Julia) but the only way to get an evening meal was to get a taxi to the Historic Centre of San Marino which cost 25 Euro each way. I recommend checking what is available before you book

Situated at a good location with free parking spaces in front of the hotel and the funicular station 1 minute walking away. Note on the parking: we had one of the few parking spaces left during daytime and we were there out of season. Rooms are pretty basic, nothing special. There is no elevator, you will need to go up the stairs, which could be a bit challenging for the elderly. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok but a bit limited in options. They also run a restaurant on the ground floor. We had a good lunch (I can recommend the minestrone soup) and a tasty dinner there.

This is a small and central Hotel in Borgo Mggiore . I stayed for two nights and I don’t have anything to complain about. The best part is the owner, who is really helpful and kind ?? She helped me when I was lost after jumping off my bus to late in my arrival from Rimini. I had a good sleep although there’s some noice from the traffic. The breakfast is ok but that’s it. I recommend this Hotel for short stay in San Marino ?? You can easily get here by bus from Rimini, the cost is 5 euro but dont forget to tell the busdriver where you’re staying ?? My goal for this trip was to get on top of the mountain and visit the three towers and this Hotel is a good spot to go from. You can walk to the towers, although it is a lot’s of steps and steep hills before you get there. If you prefer you can take a walk for about twenty min to the cable car .

Stayed here for 3 nights and found the site very clean and well positioned to visit the old town of San Marino The pool was good after a hot day on the road and a very hot day visiting the town, but be aware that it is open to the locals and at school finish time can get crowded. The local bus is a steal at 2 euro return. Shower blocks were spotless and the site was good the only thing to very slightly annoy was the disco from the hotel however that finished at 10pm Overall a great stay and we would return

I called during August to book a bed, as soon as she understood my foreign accent she told me that she would call me back with her private number, and after booking the room she told me to confirm it by e-mail, The "Reservation of the room" made by mobile, is considered by the owner of the hostel as "Advice", therefore with a surcharge of "12 €" in addition to the price of the bed.

The stay was wonderful not just because the room was comfortable but because Anna Maria was so kind and knowledgeable. She helped us understand the best places to go to visit, how to get around and always asked if we needed anything when she was headed to the store.

Family managment. Professionality and courtesy. In the beautiful season the breakfast is served in garden. Cakes and sweets are home made according to italian and international pastry recipes.
My wife and I stayed one night in this clean B&B. Food was homemade and very good. The room was very clean and private. We had our own deck with a great view as well. Only drawback was that we paid for a private bath and received a shared bath. Very close to anything you would want to see in San Marino as well.
