Reviewed By 185willemmGood hotel very friendly staff. Room is good (505) with perfect bed. Pool water temperature comfortable. Beside the pool nice loungers. To type of breakfast Western and Vietnamese. Hotel has gym. Restaurant had also Western style food and local. Surroundings not checked because when i write this i am locked up because of corona.

A haven
Reviewed By clairejb27Quite a luxurious haven in this loud and busy city as we had a Lovely big clean room with nice bathroom. Good breakfast variety. However the restaurant menu was pretty pricey and the food choices a bit restricted. Pool was grubby and loungers broken. A couple of Dead cockroaches in pool put us off swimming

Bad service, dirty room
Reviewed By Nguyễn Thị MFirstly, they gave us a room with bad smell, dirty floor and lots of mosquitoes (maybe because of bad smell, they opened windows, so mosquitoes flied inside room). I ask them if they have mosquitoes killing racquet. Then they say they will solve problem their way. They sprayed mosquitoes chemical inside room and i tried to stop them but I failed. How can I sleep inside a room which has just sprayed chemical? Then my husband got angry on me. Then he went to ask receptionist for another bigger room and ok if they charge extra money. This they gave room i though whatever it's ok, because i feel so sleepy. Stepping inside bathroom, i saw toilet paper was torn and spread around, still I accepted and tidied them up. After tidying toilet, I found out I couldn't close the main door because the wooden door was a little bigger than the frame. I worried if I force closed the door then maybe i will be stuck. One more time, i went down to complain with my husband and they him that better we move to another hotel or better I sleep inside car. The receptionist heard of what i told my husband then the receptionist shouted at me that he could close the door, then he ran there, force close the door with banging noise just to prove that the door was fine. So it means if i agree to sleep in that room, whenever i get in and out that room, every body will wake up because of banging noise? My husband got angry on me more. I wanted to move and he still wanted to stay there. He said if I didn't stay there then i had to find way home myself. Anyway this is not my husband fault. After all, the change another room, still a dirty one, unclosed used opened shampoo and bathgel small bottles throwed here and there. This room located right upper the door-problem room. And midnight i woke up because of the big noise of downstairs door force close banging. Dịch vụ kém, phòng dơ, kinh khủng.

Fantastic receptionist
Reviewed By Bich Ngoc NI was so impressed with the receptionist, her name is Kim. She is so lovely, friendly and especially she works by her heart. When I asked her about any places for visiting, she didn't know because this hotel is not been in tourist area, and such people come here for business work. But the following morning, she showed me her notebook that she tried to do at night time and it's really great. In her notebook, she was so carefully to write all information of places to visit in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, from venue to meal of transport or ticket fee... I love her, and I believe that she will be promoted in her career if she keeps working continuously with her heart like this ?

Huge room, everything was fine
Reviewed By Alu-PooThis is a fairly large hotel in the middle of town. That photo on Trip Advisor with the straw hat has nothing to do with it. They have different types of room. We got a huge one with basically a living room and a bedroom (separated by a proper door). Both rooms had a TV. The living room had a queen sized bed and the bedroom a king sized bed - so a family could stay here. There were desks, large sitting area, AC, free WiFi (that was a little bit on and off), fridge and kettle with supplies to make your own tea/coffee. The bathroom was also large with good towels, soap, hot water etc. Everything was clean. They actually came every day to clean up the room and change the towels. One of our colleagues had a room facing the road/railway, which was very loud. So ask for a room in the back, like what we had, which was quiet. You can fill up your water bottle in the dining area, which helps to safe plastic garbage. Breakfast was served buffet style with a big variety to choose from. We also ate a couple of meals there and they were good. There is no iron in the room but they ironed a shirt for us within 15 minutes free of charge. The staff is not the friendliest, the first answer being always "no". But I think it is a language problem. Once you explain in different ways what you want, everything becomes possible. The hotel is also very popular for weddings and they have several meeting rooms. We stayed there for a few days for a meeting held at this hotel and everything worked out well and we felt very comfortable in our room.

More of a 1 Star motel
Reviewed By LyLy TI was in Bien Hoa for a wedding. As soon as I walked in the room, I walked right back out. Tiny rooms, super thin mattress, dirty floors, super worn out comforter that I’m not sure was even washed as it smelled a bit mildewy in the room. Cobwebs in the corners. Tiny bathroom- it’s a handheld shower in an open bathroom. I ended up checking into a 4 star near by and it was way better and more comfortable. I DO NOT recommend this place.
