Reviewed By Davyc1975Bedroom was perfect .. clean and easy to get to..no issues with neighbors Parking.. perfect as well.. vehicle was safe and it was very well lit Breakfast...solid but needs more fruits and oat meal Room service was kick ass but please come after 10am...9am is a bit early

Quality of building beginning to suffer, ie, elevators will make wonder if doors are going to open or not, exit doors to outside sometimes work with key , sometimes not. Won’t be my next choice to stay in Bay City.

Reviewed By Z4039RPjamessOne of candlewood's major amenities is the free laundry. Only had three washers and four dryers. Only one washing machine work correctly washers either didn't work at all or didn't spin out the clothes. One dryer would dry but you had to plug it in and unplug it to make it work the other did not dry properly. it took two and a half hours to dry one load of clothes. This issue continued for the entire 26 days of our stay. We cleaned our own room and took two to three days to get a clean floor. The carpet in our room was very clean because it was new. Staff was amazing friendly very helpful to their ability.

Good Clean Hotel - Breakfast Disappointing
Reviewed By LCMAN61We enjoyed a multi-day stay at this property in an Executive King Suite. The suite was clean and everything was functional in the room. We used the outdoor pool which was clean. Unfortunately, this location of Fairfield has been slow to restore to a normal breakfast that was available pre-COVID19 and is available at many Marriott properties. Each property that restricts mentions Marriott corporate restrictions when in fact is a local management company restriction. We have stayed 30 night thus far in 2021 in three different states and most have returned to normal operations including daily cleaning and full hot breakfast. This location serves a limited hot breakfast utilizing a server at a counter.
