Reviewed By balivilla4u1We needed a place close and good value while we did food distribution to a village close by for its old and disadvantaged residents. This place was just great. The pricing was excellent. The bungalows here with balconies and ensuites super comfy. No tv but good wifi. Stunning views and immaculste beautiful gardens. The food so good and breakfast included in your tariff. Please try. Atas Awan up there for sure.

Reviewed By Susana GWe hadn't any reservation for that night and we were all day driving we didn't know where to go and they opened their doors for us late at night. Very nice homestay, with lovely views, amazing breakfast and a big room with a comfortable bed. The staff were lovely!!! Terima kasih!!!

Reviewed By Dirk WMy friend and I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the relaxed atmosphere and spectacular view the place offered. Not really negative but travelers need to know that the hotel is very remote from major civilization. In particular at night, you cannot quickly take a scooter to do some shopping or go for dinner as you might get lost (cell reception is a little spotty in particular if you rely on google navigation). However, the hotel has a mini store and a restaurant with excellent food.

Reviewed By Svya KCertes vous êtes au calme chez des locaux mais pour nous, nous avons trouvé que c était trop camping: pas de protege matelas ni de drap du dessus, juste un duvet sans protection et un drap à même le matelas. La region étant trés humide tout send le moissi... bref même si les gens sont sympas et le concept amusant nous sommes partis au bout d une nuit (au lieu de 2).

Reviewed By erryfpPROS: The room was spacious, comfy, and quite warm, especially at night when the temperature could go down until 16 - 17 degrees. The mattress warmer was very useful. The hot shower worked well. Breakfast portion was generous and quite tasty, especially the American option. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, two thumbs up for the hospitality. CONS: WiFi was very bad (I stayed at Cabin 1 and it felt sucks because the smart TV in the room was relying on WiFi connectivity. So when the WiFi signal was bad, the TV couldn't work properly.

Reviewed By mehdiark08We booked 10 days in this Villa hotel. First we checked in on Villa C, we had the following problems: The Aircon is not working Very bad smell come from the bathroom. The swimming pool is very dirty. We asked to fix the problems, and after 3 days the staff suggested to change the villa to go to Villa G. In Villa G, we had the following problems Very loud music come from other place. We find Animal Poops in the room floor. Rats come to the villa every night and we had Rats/Mouses big noise in the roof whole night. We reported the problem to the staff. And everyday they confirm that they fixed the problem and they put Rats traps. Second Night we had worst noise. And third Night was same. We asked then to check the traps and there was absolutely No trap. The staff asked us to stay in the villa with rats and they will give us 6$ discount!!! We refused to stay in this villa because its not safe at all. And they asked us to change again the villa.
