Стаите са огромни, а закуската и вечерята на блок маса са перфектни! The service was amazing at Katalina SPA Resort 4*. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were friendly. It is also a very short walk to the lake and the many restaurants there. Definitely recommend!

Reviewed By adriyana1989We were in this nice place for the first time with our baby that was 4 months old. we spent a great family holiday. we went to fish. there are great places to visit and stay very happy. The weather was a bit raining, but that did not stop us from doing well

The worst trip
Reviewed By Ivo DThe worst trip I’ve ever had. I’ve booked two double rooms with terrace. They gave me one without terrace and one in the basement. The rooms were not even close to each other. The internet was missing in rooms, it was available only at the reception. The other room was very poor with very small bathroom and it had very nasty noise from the room next to us. The terrace was actually a parking.

В ПЛАНИНАТА СЕ ИДВА НА ПОЧИВКА!!! Constant noise, instead of resting people, music is always high. AND LUNCH is also a Disco. Cut the lawn with electric mower ... BUT BETWEEN 14.00 - 16.00. THE MOUNTAIN IS HOLIDAY !!! They did not give us the opportunity to rest. אין אפשרות לנוח, מוזיקה כל הזמן.....

Never go there!!!
Reviewed By Yana PThis place treats people like no clients. I was asked to pay 136 lv and when I gave 140 lv the man at the counter didn't want to give me 4lv back. He ask me why I make such a big deal for 4lv since I am together with some Dutch people ( like that matters at all, or like I am obliged to leave him more money than he asked for). I proposed to him to give me the money later on or the next morning. However, he made it clear that he cannot be bothered with that and he clearly was very annoyed that I do not consider of leaving him a tip of 4lv. In the end when I asked for my money back, he kicked me out of the hotel because I demanded my 4lv back and he called me an offensive word. You simply cannot treat your clients that way, let alone to demand more than you agreed upon. Such kind of attitude " the client is never right" has no place anymore in any successful business formula. This place lost not only 136 levs but they lost four clients who will never ever come back to this hotel even if it was for free!!!
