Nestled in the picturesque Barossa Valley wine region, Novotel Barossa Valley Resort is just a 55 minute drive from Adelaide. Surrounded by world-famous wineries, the resort offers a multitude of features: enjoy a game of golf at Tanunda Pines Golf Course or a treatment at Endota Spa. The resort features 140 rooms with private balconies and kitchenette facilities. It also boasts an award-winning restaurant, Tasting Room, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, an 18-hole golf course and refurbished conference facilities for up to 250 delegates. Novotel Barossa Valley Resort is a non-smoking resort.
A renovated older property in a comfortable location of the Barossa. The rooms were clean and comfortable; however access to the second story (no lift) was unnecessarily difficult. The check in was delayed. Food at the restaurant was good, but long wait times and limited hospitality training. Why fill a glass to the rim and then throw out the remainder of the beer? Very odd. Lastly, the main access road to the popular areas of Barossa is a dirt road. I think improved accessibility is necessary in 2022.

We maintain a wide selection of wines, mainly from local wineries. We are located at the heart of the Barossa Valley within walking distance to several wineries and cellar doors. The accommodation suites all tastes and budgets and the restaurant and bar are likely to keep you well watered and fed with our selection of local produce and of course wonderful local wines. The Barossa is a great place to visit in Winter and we will promise to keep you warm and satiated with superb food. We have a number of facilities suitable for hosting weddings and conferences of all sizes at very reasonable prices. Please note our pool is currently unavailable due to renovations.
Hotel room was very old and well past needing a renovation. The room smelt stale and stuffy and was dusty and had a mouldy bathroom. Staff advised a renovation was upcoming - well overdue. The hotel was not cheap ans really did not meet our expectations. We could walk into town, which was helpful. But I’m all other aspects disappointing.

This gorgeous 1920’s home has rooms for 4 couples. We were in the smallest room as the other rooms were booked when we decided to stay here. Regardless it was a lovely experience. Nestled amongst vineyards and close to many wonderful wine, food and gin experiences we can highly recommend a stay here. Sophia and Leo are enthusiastic about the area and their love and knowledge of the local community enhanced the stay. Sophia cooks a lovely breakfast (included) and the home maintains a lovely old world feel. Sophia’s lovely insights to the area made for a memorable stay. We were very comfortable during our four night stay and would happily visit again and encourage others to do so.

Located in the Barossa Valley, just one hours' scenic drive from Adelaide, the Vine Inn Barossa offers modernised facilities and contemporary country style where food, accommodation and experience packages can be designed to suit your individual needs. Three wineries offering free wine tastings including the award winning Elderton and Penfolds wines, the home of Grange Hermitage are within easy walking distance. Updated conference and convention facilities are available along with access to the Barossa two best golf courses.
We stayed at the Vine Inn incorporated in the hotel (not the apartments down the road). Lady checking us in was very friendly and welcoming. While dated looking from the outside, inside, the room was more modern. The room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent - water pressure strong. Modern bathroom with a separate toilet. The pool looked very inviting - although heated, as the weather was chilly was not game to go in. Will have to come back in warmer weather! We had dinner and breakfast in the bistro. Very quick and friendly service. Food was enjoyable. No complaints at all.

Very disappointing Discovery Park, no internet or tv reception. Sites are very small and we were charged peak rate. When I asked the difference between peak and off peak the reception staff said don’t know we charge the peak rate whenever we are busy. Doubt I would be back

We had a lovely stay at Jacobs Creek Retreat. It's a romantic space with a beautiful garden. I have to make a shout out to Jerry - although contactless check in was offered we ran into him on the grounds and he explained the history of the space to us which was wonderful. Furthermore, we unfortunately had a little bad luck during our trip and dropped our cheese platter on the ground (smashing the plates and all) Jerry was so lovely, he came running to check up on us when he heard the smash, he was much more worried about us than the plates and he even gifted us a cheese as a replacement!!!! No major hotel would be providing above and beyond service like this. Thank you!

We had 3 wonderful nights here recently. The Lodge is an historic house, set in lovely gardens in a very quiet rural/vineyard area with a beautiful large living area where the fire was always lit & crackling. The rooms are very comfortable with a great king size bed, & quality bedding & bathroom products. Add to this, the warm, gracious & professional hospitality by our hosts, Colin & Phil. We felt so welcome, comfortable & private here. Thank you both

We stopped here for lunch and my husband had a steak but not a stone grilled and I had a beef schnitzel as I don't see them on offer very often. Both meals were good and well cooked, prices were good as was the service.

We booked this accommodation as it was walking distance from Fino. We booked a tasting and lunch and we know driving was not an option. The cabins were self contained, quaint, comfy and have all the mod cons including wifi, Netflix and parking. The 2 alpacas, the pony and the sheep were a delight, well behaved.

Blickinstal is a beautiful rural retreat nestled into the foothills amongst the vineyards and only five minutes from Tanunda. The panoramas are simply stunning and the tranquility of Blickinstal makes it the perfect base from which to enjoy all the Barossa has to offer or to just simply relax and indulge in the peacefulness of this special place.
Lovely accommodation and breakfast left in room. The only thing i can say, and its not a complaint, is that the tv should be on the wall opposite the bed so you can watch the tv at night time while snuggled up in bed
