Reviewed By Rabia RPretty decent place with comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Neat and clean bed and bath linen and serene environment. Staff was polite and courteous. Overall its possibly the best resort in the area. Pretty decent food options too though room for improvement is there. Had a trouble free stay

Reviewed By Fahd_VohraLike there other branches at Naran,Abbottabad Balakot Demanchi service is equally good,food can be served in the room and dinning hall both, rooms and washroom was clean,we were provided heaters, staff was courteous, spacious parking space and a big garden can be used for camping and bonfire, Bazaar is just 5 min walk,

Dont transfer advance money
Reviewed By Ahmed JWorst ever experience of booking. Paid them 19000 Pak and due to protest all over the country could not avail it. GM Pines hotel Mr farooq himself did booking and till now refused to refund the money despite of several calls and email. It is requested not to trust them . They are lier and looters . Mr Waqas assistant of Mr Farooq said they cannotvrefund the money. Still struggling to get the advance booking money. Very unfortunate and un acceptable behaviour by the GM pines Hotel shugran. Highly not recommended specially for advance booking on line or phone. Plz dont trust them .
