Welcome home. Your home away from home. For only Php 750. The most affordable accommodation for rent. All-inclusive, fully-furnished studio-type units.
My wife and I needed a last minute simple place to crash for the night, and this was excellent for that. Joan was very quick to respond to all of our questions, and even allowed us to store our large bags while we went north to Banaue, and it made all the difference! Cristina, who works there, was there when we arrived, helped walk us to the Main Street when we needed directions, and was even around at an insanely early hour so she could open the storage to return our stuff. They made our trip so much easier and they did so with a smile on their faces. They were all fantastic.

I stayed at Cool Martin after an evening flight into Manila. The grab driver had difficulty finding the place as it is tucked away in a residential area. I could tell it was an older place when I walked in. It was alright as far as comfort. I was hungry but there was nothing around for food. I had to order grab delivery. Then I saw a sign on the door that stated "penalty of 1 night accomodation added to the bill for eating in the room". I had to go outside of my room to eat. My room was on the first floor and there was little privacy as the window opened to the area with tables and chairs where people hang around. Then I saw there was nothing to lock the window and one could gain access to the room by pushing the window open. I booked a 3 night stay but decided this wasn't the palce I wanted top be. I spoke to the owner (or family member) the next morning and explained my dissatisfaction. She was very nice and explained the sign about food in the room was meant for smelly foods and that I could have eaten McDonalds in the room if I asked (the sign didn't make that clear). She also said the window doesn't have to lock because my room is near front desk where they could see if anyone attempted to get in from the window. I told her I wanted to find another hotel and she agreed to allow refund of my remaining 2 nights via Hotels.com.

We choose Standard room which is good for couples, They give us a discount and free breakfast which is good because my fiancee stays longer for our marriage... We have some problem but immediately they solve it right away when you inform them. The staff is helpful... Convinient for us because it is the nearest hotel in my home...
