Great staff and hotel and proximity to City Center
Reviewed By tonybreslinWe had very good service from the Hotel and Restaurant staff. The Hotel is very new and clean and looks over some rice fields. My wife and daughter and I were upgraded to a big hotel room with a kitchen. The hotel is very close in walking distance to the Bac Ninh sports center and cultural center, but in the quieter, newer part of town. The staff was very nice with help getting around the city and with getting us to the Airport. Recommend if doing business in the area or flying out from Hanoi International Airport.

All make me feel comfortable and satisfied. There are so many free services here, such as: Pickup from NoiBai Airport, Pickup customer go to work in SamSung, Fruits, Wifi inside every room, Laundry, Drinks, .... Here is the Korean Hotel, so, almost Foods are Korean Foods. Well, I think good. The taste is very strange and new for me. I can eat so many foods every day. So amazing, because around Hello Hotel, there are so many nice coffee shop to discover. I like this space here. One of the best thing I feel well from here, is humans being. They are friendly, lovely, and responsibility. When I have considered about services, they are ready to do it for me or give me one's hand to help. I can feel the love around here. Like a big happy family. It's the best choice. I really glad to stay here. No regrets !!!! Do thank a lot Hello Hotel ! I will come back here in the early time. Love all.

It is really an amazing place in all respects. This is one of my favorite hotel in Bacninh, Very good room highly comfortable and good facilities. Staff are excellent throughout the hotel, very friendly and very well trained to take care of your needs. Could not have chosen a better hotel. We were extremely happy with our stay. Breakfast was the best on my trip. Food variety and quality is exceptional, delicious. Peferct stay, would definitley come back. Value for money. Great staff, great facility....enjoyed our stay!

Reviewed By AussieTraveler75Location is quite far out of Hanoi, but is a good option if need to be near Bac Ninh and industrial areas. Staff were helpful, not everyone spoke good English but they all had some basic English which made it easy enough to communicate. Stay here was very pleasant, rooms are very large, the restaurant served good food. Nothing to complain about.

The plus point for the sky bar is that there is a beautiful and eye-catching view overlooking the outside. Drinks are also very nice and delicious.
