Small details which make the difference
Reviewed By Peter CWhen travelling it is often very small details which make the difference and a number of the team did that little extra which made me feel very welcome. All the staff were very friendly and English was widely spoken I was staying on a business trip, most guest are holiday and the hotel had a very different feel at the weekend than during the week. The hotel is linked to the holiday inn resort and this is very family focused resort. There is a night club and casino on site. There is a wide choice of restaurants some were not open every night during my stay. the grand Bistro and Fuel Sport have some more European style food option. I had a sea view room over the pool was very spacious and the house keeping standard was very high. If you want a quieter room as a golf view or a room not over looking the pool. The hotel has everything you need it is 5 miles from a town so you will need a car if you want to get around the local area

Wonderful retreat from Covid crisis
Reviewed By Minh_MaiMe and my wife had very pleasant stay in Marina. From the staffs team to the room and all the features, just wish the parking lot will have roof in the future. What i love most is the salt-water swimming pool. The size is just perfect for a swim lover or family to enjoy. Moreover, the pool also have the infinity view to the sea, the best view to watch sunset. Breakfast buffet was a highlight as well. My wife is pregnant and very sensitive to food but she love the food there, very surprise. To sum it up, I will definitely come back again with my family.

Its close to HCMC/ Vung Tau - better beaches than Vung Tau, feels like Phu Quoc but without the hassle of flying to the island. The Hotel is large and offers numerous stunning swimming pools with more than enough facilities for kids. Excellent breakfast/ fresh foods, service throughout the hotel is superb. There are varied restaurants, a night club and even a Cinema. The room was large with a gorgeous sea view. Super clean. Issues: (1) The kids room is outsourced and they charge by the hour. I don't think this is fair since it is a part of the Hotel. (2) Reception staff were super annoying. Called my wife over 5 times re. check out a day previous to our actual check out date. They were convinced we were leaving away earlier and couldn't sort themselves out. This spoilt one of our days. There was no apology offered at all. Otherwise a great place and I would still consider returning. Definitely try it!

Reviewed By Satz24A good, clean hotel about 300 metres from Front beach. The room was clean and AC worked well. Service was friendly, and the lobby was grand. Included buffet breakfast was really good with Asian, local and Western options, plus omelette and noodle stand. Good location with lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. Some noise from neighbouring rooms and corridor was annoying.

VND 100,000 just to borrow a knife
Reviewed By ketc2022TERRIBLE SERVICE! Not able to call the room service at night when we need support on the aircon. It was super cold and seemed can't be adjustable. At a result, we had to turn it off. Everything is chargeable. Really ridiculous that you have to pay VND 100,000 just to borrow a dining knife to cut some fruits or when you need a glass of ice. They said this was their policy. Since when 5 star hotel policy is to charge for every single thing you need for a comfortable stay? WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
