Reviewed By TheoldtroutWe expected basic accommodation but this place is a joke. Basic should not mean dirty. The fridge was very smelly and over heating. There were paper mats and a cloth covering the vents on the top of the fridge, surely a fire hazard. The bedding smelt sweaty. The manager or owner was not there on arrival. He was drunk when we returned in the evening. The following morning we had no water to wash/shower. We could not find anyone to find out why, the manager was still in bed. When we went to check out he eventually appeared, unkempt, from his pit, He did ring someone to find out about the water. The council had turned it off as there was a problem and shortly after it was turned back on. Too late for us though. There is a bar, it is empty and unused. A wall plague outside states quite clearly there is food. They do not have any food. So you cannot buy snacks, meals or drinks. It was a joke, this hotel made Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star hotel.

Reviewed By NickAbuNice, clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Ardahan is a small town and, as one reviewer previously wrote, this hotel feels quite luxurious for the location. It's a good place to base yourself and do day trips to Cildir, Kars and Ani. The staff can also point you to a great bbq place just down the road.

This has to be one of the worst hotels On the planet
Reviewed By welshfanIf it’s a choice between sleeping with cows or this place go with the cows. A truly awful excuse for a hotel. No facilities were provided apart from five empty shower gel bottles and the bedding left in the wardrobe from goodness knows when or who. This appears to be a) the only place in town so they are lazy about running the place. b) a truckers stop although the truckers preferred to stay in their cabs from what we saw. No hot water unless you turned it down to a dribble in the shower, which leaked like a sieve all over the floor. Heating was a single bar electric fire single bar as the other two didn’t work. The bed is horrible and should be binned and the sheets don’t fit the bed. The towels have seen better days and a different century. Seriously go somewhere else they wanted to charge me for the use of their kettle saying yes you can have the kettle but you will have to buy it. In the end reluctantly they made us a cup of tea in a flimsy plastic cup. They have no idea about maintenance, the door knob came off in our hands and we were instructed to pull the door closed with the key in the lock. Sleep with cattle Go camping keep driving do ANYTHING OTHER THAN STAY AT THIS EXCUSE FOR A HOTEL And they charge 80TL per person!!!!!!!

Reviewed By 520ilkerkYurtiçi tatillerinizde mutlaka görmeniz gereken yer kesinlikle Akyaka AZMAK nehridir. Azmağın buz gibi sodalı suyunda gözlerimizi açmaya dayamadık. Planladığımız tatili bitirdik ama doyamadığımız için 3 gün daha farklı bir aparatta uzattık tatilimizi. Aparatların hepsi birbirinden güzel ve temiz. Birçoğu müstakil tarzda. Kesinlikle ziyaret edin.
