Good place to stay
Reviewed By ToastedWombatExcellent suite with kitchen as well. A better area to work would be nice, as using a laptop on the desk was at the wrong height. Wifi worked well. Quiet, and seemed efficient. Breakfast was missing one thing - coffee. All I could find was sachet all-in-one with "milk" and sugar. The lobby has a coffee bar - very good - but not open before I left to the office.

The BEST in Khafji!
Reviewed By AsyoomThis hotel is the best of the best in Khafji city. Their breakfast was awesome and FRESH! The room is spacious and clean. However, their lobby was not as good as the rooms and it really smelled ?. If I could give them more than five stars, I will.

The worst place to stay!!
Reviewed By AsyoomThis place is the worst in Khafji! My husband and I booked this hotel for 4 days, but stayed for one night then left! What really made us in rage is the Egyptian guy who works there as a receptionist refused to give my husband a key instead of the missing one! He told him that whenever you want to go to your room, I will send the bellboy with you to open it! It was really ANNOYING and unacceptable! Add to this unresponsible issue, the room is smell like no one clean it for over a month! The comforter was dusty and smell really horrible. However, their Saudi coffee is really good, their breakfast is fine. Overall, the hotel does not worth the stars! P.S. I gave them two stars cuz their manager was really nice to us and tried to compensate us with whatever we want, the Saudi female receptionist was really helpful and tried to solve our problem.

Could be good if not so noisy!
Reviewed By world1951Service by the reception and the housekeeping is great once you know everybody there. My room consist of a small sitting room with a double seater sofa and two armchairs/small lounge table/small fridge/electric kettle, AC with cold or warm features, Flat LCD TV with Sat system, a tiny window barely filter a bit of light there, then next is the master bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe, a window you can open for fresh air, one more AC with cold or warm features, a safe located under your luggage table. There is a bathroom there and this is the not so good part, the hotel advertize for fancy toilet..the place is 1.5m2 with a plastic washbasin, toilet next to it, shower next to it, no space at all and no curtains on the tiny shower place where also there is very little water coming in (I am on the third floor)..hard to wash yourself..impossible to keep the place dry either. The clients of the hotel are generally noisy talking loudly in the corridors, keeping their room doors open until 0100hrs in the morning, lots of door slamming non stop prevent a good rest always. Above the third floor on the roof is where the housekeeping staff lives and they keep dragging

Nice Hotel
Reviewed By 21dennisThe Hotel is well situated and a nice decor. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning works well.The only thing is they do not have a restaurant on the premisis. This was unusual as most hotels of this calibre normally have a food service.
