Reviewed By phillip517Upon checkout the staff seemed unsure of how to process Hyatt gift cards but promised to deduct the stay from a Hyatt gift card. A few days after my stay they charged my credit card. The gift cards state they are accepted in Mexico.

Reviewed By David RThe only issue was a delay at check-in. Not a big deal but my office had called ahead and made the paymnt on my CC as I arrived at 10.00am. There was a small queue it took 20 mins … the person on recption, Wnedy was very good, but there was a second person who could have assisted better (in my opinion). Rooms as always clean and comfy. Breakfast was fresh, good variety and plenty more available if you wanted more. These are the reasons we like to use City Express. I would like to see more deals for premium users - still not sure what benefits we actually get.

Check in was seamless with many COVID precautions taken (decontamination tent, foot sanitation ect). The front desk staff (night- Woman, morning-man)was phenomenal, speaking fantastic English and offering to make us to go lunches for our flight since we would be missing breakfast. The rooms were large and exceptionally clean and well stocked. I felt safe and very satisfied.

The staff members remember me every time I visit & even remember what I order. Oscar, Ismael & Marco make me feel welcomed & and home when I am there. When I asked the following morning, I were able to swap the room a few hours later when I was back from my day at work. It was super that they let me keep my stuff in my original room during the day. I would say that the hotel itself has a high standard and the breakfast was good, but maybe a little bit pricey. Reviewed By javinm2016It's an enjoyable hotel if you have personal car to move around, visiting the city centre and places of interest. Not public transportation to and from the place, only by taxis. Not close or easy access to other eating places from there. The hotel breakfast is satisfactory.

Dirty!!!
Reviewed By lleon1978I should have known by the way the common areas looked that my room would not be clean. The carpeting in lobby and hallways looked like it had not been vacuumed in moths. Upon entrance to my first room, I realized that it had not been made since the last guest, as the beds were not made and there was food and garbage all over the floor. I was then given another room that have been made but I noticed hair all over the bathroom floor and in the sheets of the bed. I got out of there as fast as I could after that.
