Not bad. Stay a few days in there is a specially experience. For example, the staff wanted to check a room card from the other guest because the staff figured out the card won’t work. These kinds of things are normal. Anyway, bless you. 不錯。在裡面住幾天有特別的體驗。 例如,一位工作人員檢查某位客人的房卡,因為這位工作人員指出該卡將會在客人住宿期間無法正常使用。這類事情很平常。 不管怎樣,祝福你。

Playing off the hotel - West store in July 2016 launched a new cheap hotel characteristics, mix and match style industrial design, filled with lively, warm, comfortable and a little style accommodation, a landscaped terrace, overlooking Taipei Ximending lively street, in addition to the world travelers everywhere with comfortable accommodation, there can exchange each other's cultures, to share information on travel dream.
It's our first stay at this hotel. We stayed for another 2 nights when we returned from tc. We stayed on the 13th floor in different rooms. Both rooms are cosy. Staff are polite and helpful. They served a simple breakfast from 7-10/11am (forgot exact timing) at level 12 (hotel reception). Exact location would be quite near or opposite to YongHe Soya. There's a hotpot at the corner of the building. 5-10mins walk from xmd exit 6. Overall it's near to all foodies and shopping areas.

Taipei Triple Tiger Hostel is situated just a 5-minute walk from the fashionable Ximending Pedestrian Area, where dining, shopping and the arts reside. It operates a 24-hour front desk and offers complimentary Wi-Fi access.Regular and dormitory rooms feature cable TV, an electric kettle and safety lockers. A clothes stand is also included. Bathrooms are either shared or private.
It was our first trip to Taiwan, planned for 7 nights, for the first 2 nights, I booked this place for it's review was quiet good. Not the cheapest. Not the best facility, but I really grateful for choosing the place. So, the first night there, about 00.30 in the middle of the night, my son got a really high fever. In panic, I called the owner's cell phone, answered by the landlady, and she rushed to our room, after that she helped us to call the cab (she event paid the fare), accompanied us to the hospital and stayed there until my son had released by the doctor in 03.00 am. The Landlady's son, the day manager, was also no different, he was a helpful and friendly. He gave us tips, info, etc that really ease our trip. The hostel/inn has the best location, 10 meters to laundromat, 50 meters to convenience store (seven eleven), 300 meters (5 minutes walk) to the famous Ximending Youth Shopping District, 500 meters (10 minutes walk) to Ximen MRT Station. Although the place is located in the middle of busy town, since it's slightly in the alley, it's pretty quiet in the evening. There were also many restaurants around, 1 minute walk all directions. If you are looking for a spotless bright clean place, it's not for you, but if you're looking for a convenient, helpful, friendly, near to everywhere, easy to get to, then this place is for you.

In the busy streets of Ximen shopping district, a historic looking building with white washed bricks stands in the middle of Hankout street. With no prominent signs to be seen, its elegancy in whiteness adorned with hints of greens seeks the attention of passersby to stop and wonder the story behind this building. A middle aged man, genuine smile, and always on standby to help each and every traveler staying at this hostel is the very owner of TW Hostel – Mike, and working together behind him is his wife. Commuting from Taiwan to Singapore was not a rare thing for Mike in his past job. As a result of the frequent travels, he was able to experience the youth hostels in Singapore and he began to love the friendly styled budget hostels he’d stayed at. Youth hostels around the world exist for people from different countries to meet and become roommates as they “bunk” together. Distinctive from business hotels, hostels offer a closer interpersonal relationship and warmth between person.
I was the only guest in the main building. I stayed in a solo room near a shared bath. I've been assisted very well by the hotel staffs with my urgent requests and queries. Place is small but very homey. Near a breakfast spot, massage parlor and convenience stores. Easily accessible to the MRT and Ximen Main Area. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Taipei.

I stay here for 3 nights. Everything is ok. the staffs are helpful. A little bit noise from the road. The bus stop is in front of the building. Very close to the shopping area in Ximending. Next time will book again.

We were hoping to get a loft type quadruple room but we were given a normal one. The beds were not the same (?) One was harder/less springy than the other. Rooms arent cleaned daily, but can be requested. Free water, coffee, and toiletries are available at reception. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Location was GREAT. Just a short walk to Ximending, taipei main station, and multiple bus stations. Would probably book again just for the location.

Wonderfully towered in the lively Ximending, Ximen WOW Hostel, Taipei features loft designed rooms with cozy hues and friendly amenities to make your days in Taipei a comfortable one. Air-conditioning, water, coffee and tea bags, hairdryer, kitchen are some of the pampering details that the hostel has prepared to ensure you a pleasant time.
Stayed in a 6 person female dorm, upper bunk closest to the door Placed my luggage with the hostel before I checked in & after I checked out. Luggage is stored in the common area, by the walkway. Noise insulation not the best, could hear karaoke singing downstairs and video played in the common area (There was an event in the common area which ended at 9pm). Free earplugs are provided at the check-in counter. Room doors are not light, some residents did not close the door lightly despite reminders posted on the door and the check-in staff reminding on the first day. Could hear some slams in the middle of the night. Much privacy within each bed, with blackout curtains. Might not be able to see steps if both blackout curtains are drawn close. Lockers large enough to put a cabin size baggage with excess space. Same free breakfast (Bread + toaster, ham, eggs, jams) daily. Pans, cutlery, and cups provided. 24 hour security in form of door lock at main door when check-in staff are not around (11pm - 7am). Main door can be unlocked by access card (Pin code given if check in after 11pm). Staff are friendly & helpful, with great knowledge.

Xiamen Corner Hostel 4F is ideally located near a MRT station (walk through the 7-11 for a short cut route), close to Ximen shopping areas, and a convenient location to see tourist sites like the Red House. Nearby are numerous places to eat. There are indoor restaurants but folks here appear to prefer to eat on the street. I had no difficulty walking and eating at assorted night markets I visited in Taiwan but this "eating out" was not my thing. I got some food to eat among the throng of others out for a meal but in the end I insisted we go a KFC so I could sit down. We booked a private room with bathroom - no extra charge for towels. The room was bare bones - bed, a small table and a coat rack to hang jackets but no closet. The room and bathroom was spotless. Slippers, tissue, toothbrush and hairdryer were unexpected but appreciated. I could feel the coils of the mattress therefore found the bed not conducive to sleep so another comforter was supplied to use as a mattress topper along with another small table that my companion requested. The folks at the front desk are friendly and aim to please. Toast, coffee and tea are put out in morning. No extra charge. There is a lounge for common use but I never saw anyone in it. We were able to store our luggage in order to visit more sights in Taipei before a late departure

Always seems to consistently be one of the cheapest hostels, but it doesn't feel that way from the amenities and cleanliness. It's a bit of a ways from the exciting parts of Taipei, but close enough to the MRT that it's not hard to get places. Room type: 1 bed in mixed room Lockers • Size: Large - Can fit carry on and personal item both in there • Access: Keycard access (same one used to access room) Bed • Bunk type: Metal framed capsule. Very high ceilings in top bunk • Light in bunk: Y • Outlet by/in bunk: Y • Bunk curtains: Y • Set up bedding yourself: N • Break down bedding yourself: Y Bathrooms • Combined toilet/shower: N • Hair Dryers: Y • Bathroom shampoo/conditioner/body wash: Common Area: Basement area with combination of couches, tables, and bar seating Amenities • Included towels: N • Included sandals: Y • Included breakfast: N • Laundry: Y - 1 coin operated washer and dryer Misc • Location: A bit of a ways away from the exciting parts of Taipei, but close enough to the MRT that it's not bad to get places Value: Exceptional - Seemed to consistently be one of the top Notes: Entry into rooms and sections of the hostel are keycard activated
