Not amazed with the owner
Reviewed By mariapL7355ULLong story short, Almost no one speaks English in this town, so I went to the hostel to ask for some basic information about plane tickets. Was immediately told off from the owner (or a guy who acts like he owns the place) and to be honest I’m quite happy I didn’t book a room there. Obviously can’t say much about the rooms, but the service level is disgraceful and appalling.

Located at 10 minutes from bus station. All rooms have private bathroom ,veranda with a view to the beach and river,wifi, mini bar , hammocks . The studio is fully equipped with a kitchen. Take best way to the beach, waterfalls and city by renting bike. SURFHOUSE: Surf Trips, Surf Lessons, Boards Rental. SUP, Diving, Waterfalls, Walking Trails to the beaches, Boat trips, Capoeira Lessons, Rafting, Tree Climbing, Relaxing, Yoga and Pilates, Slackline.
Felt like home
Reviewed By rumontourA really nice house in the middle of the nature. You can see monkeys and birds from your breakfast table. The rooms are nice and in the livingroom you can feel like home. There are also 2 really cute dogs, which will be your friend. The onliest little negativ point is the way to the town Itacare. To walk is it around 30 min., but you can rent a bike and then it is really quickly. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this place!

Reviewed By eallen2020Very lovely hostel the personnel work very hard to insure a great stay. Nice clean dorms fans during the day but air conditioning all night. Cafe de amanha with fruits juices and many kinds of cakes tapioca eggs ham and cheese. Lovely kitchen staff. Most reception staff spoke another language and were knowkegeable about transport and local tourist information. Cool areas to chill throughout the property.

Lousy option in Salvador: week service, terrible cost x benefit
Reviewed By Fábio LAside from the good localization, my stay at this hotel has been a very negative experience: they claim to offer a luxurious experience but the closest thing to that are the costs; from expensive and small water bottles to very costly meal options. I've stayed at the hotel over a month ago and still have been unable to get them to send me an invoice for the services, despite my calling them more than 10 times already... Truly a bummer.

Reviewed By Miro4The room was epic and AC was great. The two girls that work there are very very competente and polite and helped us almost 24/7. It‘s nice to meet new friends. Its clean and it has a bar. The drinks ate the bar are not cheap but have a reasonable price. Thete is nothing negative about besides the breakfast hahahah, hope to visit again! Definitely one of the nicest hostels I have been.

It is a great hotel - simple but perfect: - Clean rooms with good air con - Fantastic customer service from the Reception team, very friendly and try hard to communicate with me in English. - Large delicious breakfast buffet - 1 minute walk to Porto de Barra Beach - 1 minute walk to supermarket open till 10.00PM. Definitely recommend if you fancy leaving Salvador old town and maybe on your way to the islands.

Estamos ubicados en la calle Pedro Longo, n°58" mas conocida como Calle Pituba por los que viven o visitan la ciudad. Es el punto de referencia mas famoso de Itacare. De ahi se conecta el centro historico hacia un lado y todas las playas hacia el otro. Esta en el centro de todo! A menos de 10 minutos a pie de la playa, asi como del centro historico.

Reviewed By camilamU9472SIThere was the best experience that I have had staying in hostels. the room was always cleaning, the staff were so receptive and help me a lot, the localization was the best on Itacaré near to the beaches and many bars and restaurants, and the best thing of all were the hosts. everyone was so welcoming and together we've gone to many events, beaches and restaurants and everyone helped and cared each other!
