Our place is designed to cater Backpackers or Budget Travelers who only need a comfortable place to stay after a long day of outdoor activities in the beach and/or after exploring the beautiful tourist spots in the province of Aurora. As a Backpacker also, I know the needs of a Traveler in order to have a nice and memorable journey.
The owner and caretaker were very nice and accomodating to our questions...a very simple house that will give you a sense of being one of the people of baler...just a boat ride that will cost you Php5 to go to the sabang beach if you want to go surfing though you can also do it infront of the house...it is beachfront so you can also swim if you want or just a walk for soul searching...we feel safe with the place...will surely come next time...

First time to visit the resort as we spent our Christmas there :) This is also my son's first beach visit and he really enjoyed it. The beach was clean and walang masyado rocks which is what we are looking in a beach. We'll definitely come back, our family is very satisfied with the beach room quality.

A Japanese innovation pod hotel, the Subic Bay Hostel & Dormitory is an affordable accommodation provider situated in Waterfront Road, Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Along with my two friends, we had a comfortable stay in SBHD capsules. Each room features a number of small bed-sized rooms. The wash-out toilets and bathrooms are separated as in dormitory style. They are clean and sanitary. One comment so far is that _ when we stayed there, our small group was not able to dine together, as the dining halls for male and female guests were segregated. A general cafeteria would be a better facility for families and mixed groups. Big thanks again to the courteous and helpful staff. I personally cannot wait for my next visit to Subic, Zambales and for a relaxing stay in this new property.

Had a solo mototour on Luson. I arrived to Baler after sunset with no plans an a place to stay. Stopped at the beach and as soon as i took off my helmet i was talking to a dutch guy. Asked him where i can find a decent dinner and he said they live at this place and its an italian cuisine day) very friendly owner, some surf activities options, clean and a very fun place to live. Met some awesome people and had excellent evenings dining in together in a big company. Also the owner was very nice to let me park my motorcycle inside safely locked behind the gates of a boards storage place. A very good price as well

My friends and I stayed for a night at RV Transient. It wasn't a place to rave about to be honest, as the location wasn't that near to the airport. But we got it for only about $15 (PhP770), so there's no point in complaining. Let me start with the pros. The place was newly painted, making it initially attractive to guests. It has a TV, an electric kettle, and a good wi-fi connection. The cons, meanwhile, are hard to dismiss. First, there is no heater in the shower. I've stayed in transients before, and they do have heaters even though it is not stated on the fine print. Second, the tissue roll wasn't even replenished when we arrived (the one that we had was almost used up); this should already be mandatory. Third, I opted to stay at the top bunk because I had a flu at that time. From near my pillow I saw ants crawling from the outside. I know I don't have a photo as proof as I was so tired and just wanted to rest, and I also didn't complain anymore as the ants were gone by nighttime. But still. Lastly, the caretaker was always on the phone. My friend tried to approach her so many times regarding our early checkout and securing our deposit, but she had a hard time getting a hold of her. We're not sure if those were personal calls she's attending to or just guest inquiries, but the fact remains that we found it difficult to talk to her. You can do better, RV3. You may offer cheap rooms, but please don't scrimp on other things that really matter.
