The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the beach, the rooms are clean, the shared bathroom was lovely, really enjoyed our stay! I can not speak higher of the staff, they were so helpful & friendly! We made use of the kitchen, it had everything you neede, even free washing facilities.....I would stay here again in a heartbeat ?

Disappointed place despite nice building!
Reviewed By patricefromparisThe building is nice, well situated but the establishment isn’t configured for international tourism… no breakfast is provided except Vietnamese soup. On another hand it’s not very clean… as we found hairs on the pillows and in the bathroom… and overall, they asked us to pay an extra when we checked out, because they found traces of sand in the smallest towel !! I just had to rinse it at the reception to avoid to give them any extra… really not a fair reception !

Not as good as I thought
Reviewed By NikkoXmasThe room is not as big as the picture I received, the hotel is about 20m away from the beach...but I thought I could have stepped right to the sea through the picture I got. The hotel was pretty new but the infrastructures seemed to be quite old and not in good condition: the air-con in my room did not work and got to be repaired. By the time we were there, the water filter system got problem and the water was not clean with yellow color and fulled of iron smell. The staffs were pretty friendly but quite slow. The room and toilet were decorated with gravel..quite beautiful...but it was pretty inconvenient as it hurted the feet alot. The breakfast was quite poor with only some kind of food, but the view from the rooftop of the hotel is beautiful, you will love it. With this quality, the price is too high.

Reviewed By drethaiFrom the moment i checked in , the owner mr Dong and his wife Quy gave me the feeling that i was very welcome ! They are fantastic , always friendly and with a big smile on their face . Located only 5 minutes walking to the beautiful beach . Restaurants and shops nearby . I stayed in a spatious and very clean AC-room with a balcony , kingsize bed , satellite tv , fridge and a private bathroom . Breakfast ok . Free water and coffee . Great wifi . You can rent a bicycle here . Dong and Quy gave me many tips and advice . He booked me also a busticket . I went on daytrip with Sau ( cousin from Dong ) in a beautiful car with airco . We visited the most beautiful places in Quy Nhon : Ky Co Beach , Eo Gio Beach , Phuong Mai Sandhills , Truong Luong Beach , Ong Nui Pagoda and the Towers of Thap Doi ) . I really recommend this place . I had a wonderfull time here . Thanks Dong , Quy and Sau .

Beautiful, nice and friendly stay
Reviewed By Caroline TI stayed only for one night since Quý Nhon wasn't really my thing but the owners seriously made me doubt to stay. They are so friendly! They will help you with everything although the English isn't that fluent. It is located in a small alley of a big street. Bit hard to find, but no issues with noises or so. On top of that they have a funny dog and a cat.

Reviewed By CabotLUSFirst off this is NOT a review of the hotel. Sorry. But I had to add a review of the bar in this hotel Eureka. The bar is new and there is no place to do a review!! At Eureka The bartender (Tin) here is at the bar is extraordinary. Best in Vietnam easily and one of the best I have ever experienced. I have come to Vietnam for 12 years and stayed at many 5 star properties. Tim is an artist. The drinks are amazing. Challenge him with tough ones. I had a Vesper which was so complex yet sudtle it was crazy. Really worth coming to enjoy!

Weird weird place
Reviewed By ellaruth31The vibe here is off on all levels. We arrived about 2 hours after check in time and the lady at the desk seemed confused. We left our bags and came back a couple hours later and she then suddenly rushed to start cleaning the room/making up a bed. The bathroom was completely filthy but she came back to clean it later. There was no toilet paper or soap either. The whole process felt unprofessional and confusing - made us feel like we were being a hassle for simply being there despite having a booking. Other than that the location is good, lots of coffee shops and street food near. Beach is a short walk. The owners dog is really cute.
