The Museum presents 3500 objects of the beginning of the XXth century. An exhibition of 1300 m².
This private museum is a real find! A fantastic collection of objects and machines from 1850-1960, domestic, agricultural and industrial, (including an amazing collection of real fire-engines), it offers an intriguing insight into how past generations lived, with something for all ages! Well organised, friendly and informative. Don't miss it when you come to Uzes! If taking the children to Haribo, give them a dose of culture too!

This cute and authentic museum gives you, with pleasure for the eyes an intimate insight of the history of travel and tourism in France, from the early Romans and 'Gaulois' up until the forthcoming hyperloop. From the 'Grand Tourists', the first mail coaches, trains, bycicles, the automobile, the airplaine end the TGV. And this just only regards 'transport', just one aspect of a rich story!

Really enjoyed this visit.OK you might say it’s just a school and you would be correct at that but it’s a walk back in time to see what a French school looked and felt like way back. A really interesting little museum very quaint and quite a bit of history to it in relation to world war 2. Well worth a visit

In more than 1,000m² of floorspace, the Museum of Lodeve offers you three trails - three dizzying, playful and moving journeys, for both children and adults. The "Traces of Life" circuit recounts the story of the Earth since the explosion of life 540 million years ago. The "Man's Footprints" circuit tells you about Prehistory with humour and poetry. The "Sculpting Lives" circuit invites you into the eccentric world of the sculptor Paul Dardé.
Once again this little musee punching above it,s weight. The late impressionists exhibition is magnificent, a wonderful selection of paintings and artists from the period plus a brilliant film on the artist ( Le Sidaner), one of the leaders of the movement
