Wakamow Valley is an urban natural park with over 20kms of trails and almost 500 acres of parkland. There are a vast number of recreational activities to enjoy in the valley for every season from canoeing and camping in the summer to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. The trails are open year round and the area is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna including more than 190 bird species. The valley also features three playgrounds including a wheelchair accessible play area, four public pavilions available to rent for private events, an ecological zone with four distinct ecosystems, a 60 site campground and the ever-popular Burger Cabin. Located at the heart of Moose Jaw just minutes from the historic down town area, the valley offers a peaceful haven for locals and visitors alike.

Went hiking here and really enjoyed it. Beautiful valley with a stream running through it. Trails can get a little confusing and also be on the lookout for mountain bikers as you are walking on bike trails. But a great spot to get some exercise

This historic trail was once used by numerous outlaws, including Butch Cassidy, as well as by Chief Sitting Bull and the Sioux when they took refuge in Canada.

Ravine Adventures is an outdoor fun place, with emphasis on “outdoor”! Our location is south of Abernethy, between Regina and Yorkton. We offer a wide variety of activities suitable for most any age; among these are Paintball, Pedal Go-Karts, Portable Mini-Golf, Challenge Games, Eco-Tour and our huge 10 foot Bubble Ball, all in the spring/summer/fall season. In the winter season, we have fun with Snow-Tubing and challenge games, too! Ravine Adventures is a great place to host birthday parties and gatherings of all types and sizes. It is a place to create memories to treasure through fun and excitement.
